Im a regular on April 2012 but figured I'd post here just in case anyone was interested.
I am starting a PiYo Facebook Challenge Group August 1. For those who arent familiar with PiYo, its a low impact fitness program inspired by pilates and yoga. There is no crazy jumping around so its easy on the joints and knees. Its a 60 day program with workouts that range from 18-45 minutes in legnth. All you need is a yoga mat.
Once you commit to the challenge, I add you to the private FB group and starting July 25 we do a week of clean eating (i provide the menu for the entire week) and on August 1, we start the workouts.
You do the workouts in the comfort of your own home and then check in daily on the page for motivation and accountability.
You get those long lean muscles and tone up. There is a modifier to follow for those who arent used to working out and need a slower pace at first.
