Summer (and really most of the year) we have it at 73-74 during the day and 69-70 at night. I'd love to crank it down more at night but I don't want an outrageous bill.
We rarely use heat, I can't even remember what we set it at.

We live in an apartment so it varies. Heat is usually around 70-72 but it's not that reliable (base board water heat). Sometimes we flip the fire place on!
We try not to use the AC too much because it's horribly inefficient. We only have it on in the room we're in (living room or bedroom) when we're there. No temp in it but it's usually somewhere in the middle because it works too well sometimes!
In the summer we just put the AC on in whatever room we are in. I usually put it on low. It's set to 70 but it feels cooler then that.
In the winter we keep the heat around 68. We control the heat for both the apartments. I would put it at 65 but the people above us have kids so I don't want them to be cold. I have to be cool to sleep well and usually have a fan on in the winter.
We don't pay utilities yet so we keep it about 68-70 during the day and then down to 64 at night! Winter... Probably in the low 70's I love being chilly when I sleep to bundle with blankets!

Both DH and I don't like to turn either the heater or A/C on (mainly for cost saving purposes but really it's just how we were before we met). We might turn the a/c on 3x all summer (and it's constantly in the upper 90s to lower 100s). Thankfully our downstairs stays about 78 but it gets warm upstairs (85-90). We have a ceiling fan and a regular fan...if it doesn't cool down to 82ish then we think about turning the a/c on.
In the winter it can get "cold" (cold for So Cal but nice for most of the rest of the country). Our house can drop to the low 50s no problem. DH is actually research a pellet stove. He doesn't want me and the baby to be home and freezing. We will have the money so we'll see if we actually make the purchase.

AC - I think during the day it is set to 72, and at night it is set to 67.
Heat - we have it to kick on at 55, so our pipes don't freeze. (To be fair, we have a fireplace in the basement we use and that is where we spend most of our time.) I imagine we will be adjusting it this winter with the little one on the way.
We have never been able to set a true temp! When you set ours it falls somewhere within 5 degrees of that. I'm telling ya, it's just barely been holding on.
We don't have AC, unfortunately. We have a rolling unit that is hooked up to the window in the bathroom to try and keep the bedroom tolerable so that we can sleep at night. In the winter we usually keep the house at 72.

74-78 in summer depending on whose home and how hot it is (fi likes it colder and we have a wall of windows so it can get really hot, I generally don't notice til it's over 80 inside)

Me too, which is why it really sucks living where it's hot all the time! We get to use our down comforter only a handful of times during the winter.
We just had to switch out our comforter for a lighter blanket because even with the AC and fan on, it's still been too hot & humid to sleep.
This summer we've kept it at 20 (68) because I've been so hot, even though H has to wear a big sweater in the house, lol. We've turned it up to 22 (72) now, and I think it's fine. He still thinks it's cold.
In the winter I like to keep it at 25 (77), but this will be the first year we're paying our own utilities, so I doubt we'll keep it that high. I like to be able to wear minimal clothing in the house.

That really doesn't sound pleasant at all Hopefully all this nasty heat comes to a halt soon! If only the weather could be like San Diego; no humidity!
