Not sure on the order of the following -spaghetti and meatballs -grilled salmon, rice and veggies -burgers and salad -moose roast w/potatoes and veggies (this roast is huge so we will slice the leftovers and freeze them for sandwiches in the future.)

Thanks! Every week is a bit of a toss-up - this week I was more on the ball with meal planning. I hope it's the start of a good habit!
We are trying to do a cleanse for a couple of days, so we're juicing. We'll see how it goes. We're members of an organic buying club and Mondays are our pick up days, so we'll have plenty of goodies to choose from.
I have no idea! Tonight I'm at my friend's house so she's cooking!
I am craving grilled pizzas so might make those tomorrow. Need to figure something out for Weds and Thurs and then we leave on Friday for the river.
Please tell me more about grilled pizzas. How do you make them? I bet they are yummy!
I cheat! I use whole wheat pita bread, pasta sauce, veggies, and chicken.
I will prep the veggies, chicken, and whatever else in a sauce pan, layer it on the pita bread, cover with mozzarella cheese, and then place on the grill. One pita bread per person makes a pretty decent sized pizza (regular pitas not the mini ones).
I've also done tomatoes, corn, chicken, red onion, and cilantro.

Tonight we're going to do something with some leftover chicken we have but idk what. Probably pasta or rice. Hmm, maybe chicken fried rice? That would be delicious..
Not sure about the rest of the week yet. Still working on that meal planning thing.. lol. Fri I'm sure will be something quick and out to eat with BFF I'm sure on Sat. Gotta think of places to go!

Tonight - Chickpea & Cauliflower Curry over brown rice. Tomorrow - fish tacos Wednesday - Shell pasta with tuna Thursday - Steak/zucchini/tomato kabobs over rice. Friday - Lemon chicken with rice and mixed veggies.
We are trying to stick to meal planning more often. We'll see how it goes!
