@ello, it's between staying where you are, Dallas or Atlanta, right?
Yes it is. But now we're both leaning very heavily towards Dallas instead of Atlanta. And I don't think we're going to stay in Illinois much longer. Between my h's company relocating all of the central region elsewhere and me hating Illinois right now, I think we're most definetly going to move. We just don't know where.
Well I'm a little partial to Dallas just because it's in Texas. The housing markets between Atlanta and Dallas are pretty comparable, aren't they?

They are a little bit more favorable in Atlanta BUT all the houses I've looked at in Dallas area have pools!! I NEED to have a house that has a pool. Looking at both cities big picture and long-term, we both feel like Dallas wins. Now we just need to visit again and really scope out areas where we would ideally like to live and go from there.
Awesome! Good luck with figuring out all the details! I wish I could give you some pointers, but I have very little experience when it comes to Dallas.
I work with people with disabilities, so she doesn't have the best social skills. I can't be mad at her, only myself for gaining weight. Just annoying because I'm "on track" to losing one pound a week and I know it won't be noticed for months.
As long as you're on track, that's all that matters. Don't let it get you down.

I am having so much fun this summer that the transition back to work in the fall will be worse than ever. In past summers, I worked several days at the pool whereas now I work 8-9 hours/week, but sometimes just 4.
