i think i'd get my rook and/or tragus piercings redone. i took them out for my wedding (at my mother's urging) and never put them back in.
i liked them. but i feel kinda passed it all now, like it's just not as exciting to me to have them, so i know i won't do it.
eta: in addition to two rooks and the tragus holes, i also have five ear lobe piercings and had two upper-ear cartilage piercings in each ear. and i had a tongue piercing. i wear one pair of small stud-like earrings every day. most of the ear holes are still open, i just have no desire to wear that much jewelry again.
I want to get a second set of holes in my earlobes.
Now that I am making earrings, I would love to keep my diamond studs in, but also wear other earrings with them.
This is what I have. I keep studs in the 2nd holes and switch out different earrings in the 1st holes. I also have a cartilage piercing at the top of my left ear.
I used to want my nipples pierced but I decided not to fuck with that.
I want a large back tattoo of sunflowers, with names of my passed on family members on the petals. I want it to look like a water colour painting, no hard lines or anything. It would take up most of my back. I don't handle pain very well and it is a very permanent.

I would love a visible tattoo but I am a teacher. I mean like a wrist tattoo. I have one on my ankle and my kids see it all the time it isn't a huge deal.
I have my ears pierced 14 times but never wear any earrings, except two. I have 4 lobe, 2 cartilage, tragus, rook. Tragus and rook are the only ones with anything in them and honestly in 12 years of teaching I think maybe 6 kids have noticed either. I would do an industrial if I were feeling like getting another piercing.

I would wear my eyebrow ring more. I also would like a lip ring, and to dye my hair bright pink. I settled for eyebrow ring on weekends, and dark red hair.
I really want to get my rook and/or tragus pierced. I've wanted it for a long time, actually. It will happen one day.
Once I lose weight, I'm going to have my belly button re-pierced. I miss it, and I know my husband really liked it too. He was disappointed when I took it out when I was pregnant. (It's weird, because otherwise he is so "omg nooooo" regarding piercings/tattoos).
ETA: I missed the "but wouldn't get". Tattoos would probably fall into this category for me. So permanent, lol! And nose piercings. I love the look of tiny studs, but that would never fly in the classroom.

Nose piercing. I would love one. I can easily picture myself with one.
But I feel like I'm too old now, plus DH would hate it. He probably wouldn't have hated it when we were younger though (I was 16 when we met). I really wish I had gotten one as a teenager.
ETA: I do already have multiple ear piercings (3 in one ear, 4 in the other). However, I rarely wear earrings now and if I do, only 1 set like normal.

I have always wanted a little Canada flag tattoo but I'm allergic to the red dyes they use and wouldn't want to risk the reaction. My dermatologist has told me I would probably have to get cortisone injections for life and the tattoo wouldn't ever heal or look right with scar tissue on top. Ugh.
Additional piercings don't appeal to me. I half tore out my belly button piercing 4 weeks after I got it when I was 16 and that was the end of that.
If I had a different body and was more adventurous (oh and independently wealthy), I'd want to get a giant phoenix tattoo that started around my shoulder blades and wrapped around my side and ended just past my hip, and I'd want it to be like a watercolor, so no discernible lines.

I really want to get an industrial piercing but have a behind the ear hearing aid and wear glasses sometimes so I feel like that would be a lot going on and wouldn't heal easily/ever.
I want a Dune themed full sleeve tattoo, but I am simply too chickenshit. Same with dying my hair some bright color. I have no excuse re: the hair because I could just dye it back and I'm a SAHM.

I've been wanting to get my dog's paw print tattooed, for years. I haven't done it because his paws are big, and I'd want it to be somewhere I can see it. I believe a visible tattoo could hinder me professionally.

I really really wanted to get the lyrics "with grace in your heart and flowers in your hair" from Mumford and Sons After the Storm tattooed on my left rib cage, it was a special song during my divorce with my exh (we divorced as such good friends and are still really good friends) the song means a lot to us both and we listened to it a lot during our separation talks...in a good way
I also really like nose studs but I have a giant nose so I think it's best to not draw attention to it (my mom called me Pinocchio growing up and not because I lied, she also recently told me we wouldn't need a ten for camping l, everyone could just sleep under my nose...thanks for the complex)
Other than that I'm happy with my ears and vch. I do have a janky looking tattoo I got done at thirteen (professionally) that looks like a prison tat, I want that fucker removed.

I would get the flower part (plus maybe a bit of embellishment) of my wedding henna on my foot or upper arm as a tattoo and a nose stud. My DH hates tattoos and nose studs, and I'm sure it wouldn't be great as a psychotherapist to have both of them, so I won't. But the flowers were really pretty.
I'd love to have a nose stud but it really doesn't fit fat old me, so no. Same goes for the either the back or rib tattoo I wanted to get for my 40th b-day (long past.) The Afghan Whigs lyrics "As I breath all the essence rare is falling off the vine" was going to be my ode to aging but DH doesn't like tattoos.
