Lots of details to cover my bases.
DH and I are staying at a little cottage and went camping Saturday night. I have a ton of bug bites from camping but they all look like Mosquitos.
Anyway, fast forward to tonight and I took a warm shower then put on some natural repellent (that I've been using 3 days) and some caladryl. I was putting on eye cream when the insides of my arms (below elbow crease) got really hot. I laid down and didn't move for a bit, DH said they were warm but not fever hot. The muscle feels sore and I don't feel it anywhere else. WTF is going on?? Any ideas?
No redness just warm. No fever yet either, but we always end up having a west nile case in Colorado every year.
I don't know west nile symptoms I'm just kinda throwing shit out there.
Did you do anything that would have used your forearm muscles in a way you're not used to? (Insert all the dick jokes)
When I change up my work out I usually have a burning ache in the muscle group I worked. Like every time I randomly go bowling I get a burning ache in my right arm and left calf.

Didn't work out, just went for 2 long walks with the dogs.
Hmm. Well, I'll check my temps in the morning to see if I have a fever
Were your dogs on leash? Could they have pulled you harder out of excitement and irritated your joints?
They were but they didn't pull much. Could be a good explanation though.
I woke up fine this morning. No warm arms or fever, but I'm gonna keep an eye on it since I did read that there were cases of west Nile in this county.
