We are headed to Chile and Argentina for just under 3 weeks in August. Doing some skiing in the Patagonia region as well as exploring Santiago and Buenos Aires- I'm insanely excited.
We were planning on going to Jackson Hole for a week around Christmas as well but we'll have to see if we can swing that with the new job H is starting.

Nothing else for 2014. We got back from our trip to the Smokies two weeks ago, and I go back to work in three weeks, so no more vacations any time soon.
Spring break 2015 we are going to Marco Island, FL though. I am excited for that already (hot)
A bunch of local trips since we moved to a new city.
Chicago for a friend's bachelorette.
Back to the suburbs of Chicago for friend's wedding.!!!!!!
And to meet up with me? With or without DD.
Oooh good idea. Wedding is out very close to your parents. Hopefully I make it out for work a couple times too. And I want to see the baby! I move away the day she's born. So sad.

NOWHERE!!!!! After a month traveling around the States and houseguests for 5 days starting the day we got back, I'm DONE. Although I was talking about going to Scotland when we have family visit. Hhhhmmm. I'm done until I change my mind.

God I miss traveling without children!
We were on vacation locally last week and this week we are at our house in Maine. I will be here for three weeks in August mostly with DH/kids but may have some days where he has to go back to work. We are planning a trip in the fall without kids to Nashville. My parents are going to Florida in October and I was tempted to jump on a plane, with kids, and go with them but i'm not sure I really want to do that.

We had a few short trips planned for the remainder if the summer (Sesame Place with the kids and Baltimore/DC over Labor Day weekend) that we've decided to cancel. With the $30K were spending on our addition, the budget is going to be too tight for comfort. Also, the first phase of construction on the addition took much more time than originally projected and we really need to focus on getting everything else completed by the time DH has school 4 nights a week again in the fall.
We are planning on doing Sesame Place next summer as well as a big Disney trip in October 2015.

Just planning to visit my family in upstate NY over Labor Day weekend.
We may try to do something at the end of September for our 5th anniversary, but it'd be something small over the weekend since my H's vacation got decimated after A was born. A would be coming with us, so it wouldn't be the same kind of "vacation" that we've had in the past, especially since she's so young.

A work conference in Madison, Wisconsin in September.
Then I'm having a baby in November.
We had big plans for a trip this summer during my second trimester, but I'm too tired to plan anything, let alone go anywhere. We went to the beach for our anniversary last month, and that felt like about as much as I could handle.
We went on a kick ass trip to the Bahamas in January right before getting pregnant though, so I really can't complain: 5 days kayaking around uninhabited cays, snorkeling, and camping steps from high tide line.
Likely taking a couple of days to go to St. Louis just for fun (it's close and my BF hasn't been there before).
Other than that, I just have a few trips to Chicago planned but I have family there and go several times a year so I'm not sure that counts
I actually don't have any bigger trips planned, period. I would like to go somewhere in 2015 but that's entirely dependent on my job situation (currently laid off) and what kind of vacation time/income I get at my next job.
My fantasy is to find a new job quickly that doesn't start for a month or so and use some of my severance money to take a fun trip somewhere... but realistically I'll just put that money toward savings/debt and probably don't want to go anywhere cool without BF at this point anyway.
Palm Beach in August (work, but added one day for fun) Boston and Maine in August Wisconsin over Labor Day Spain in September (work, but added one fun day) Orlando and the Keys for Thanksgiving and the following week
probably Dallas for work and to visit friends but that is it.
I already went to SF/Napa earlier this year for work and fun and to Indiana with the whole family to visit family which was not a vacation with three toddlers but more of a beating! DH and me will probably go to Mexico in Jan or Feb 2015.

Not much really
Next week - family vaca to San Diego - beach time!!! September - girls weekend in Playa - more beach time!! October - maybe London & Scotland - but would be for work (would try to get some fun in as well) November - Las Vegas for a friend's birthday (and mine - but hers is a 40th)
daisypaloma It was on Allegiant, which I know doesn't get the highest praise around here but for us the price couldn't be beat. They had plenty of options for fares under $400 from Vegas, it was shocking to me. One thing in our favor is that one of the people we are going with is a higher up at the corporate office for Allegiant so that may help if something goes wrong. Fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for us though!

That's GREAT deal! I am looking at $500 so $200\pp savings is a good deal. Please keep us posted on your experience with Allegiant.
Ohhhh I want to hear about the Maldives when you return! I've booked plane tickets to go next April so I need to start researching it... I hope you love it!
It better freaking be good! It's so much work to get there, even though we're flying business class! What hotel are you looking at?

Fun! Do you need any restaurant suggestions for SD? Hopefully you arent arriving this weekend since we will be in the throes of Comic Con madness for the next 5 days

I haven't even started looking extensively at hotels. I just booked two R/T business class tickets on Cathay so we're going to fly to Singapore, connect onward from Singapore to Male, and then fly from Male back to Hong Kong. I figure Hong Kong and Singapore hotels will be easier, but the Maldives is a really hard choice. I initially wanted to go there for the whale sharks, but now we're going to Cabo in November and if we see whale sharks there, then I don't care as much.
On my short list are the Jumeriah properties, Six Senses, One&Only Reethi Rah, and the Four Seasons properties (but not the boat). Where are you staying?
