Due 3.31.15. DD and baby #2 will be just about 25 months apart. (Last night H was getting her ready for bed and said, wait, 2 year olds are potty trained, right? LOL)
I am a little nervous because I'm already queasy and had a dull headache today. I didn't get sick until later with DD.
Also, did anyone wean once they got a BFP? She is still nursing once or twice a day and I have no interest in tandem nursing. I am hoping that maybe hormones will change the taste and she'll lose interest. Wistful thinking?
I didn't wean when I got a BFP but C weaned around 18m on his own. He just kind of lost interest when he started cutting his canines and we rolled with it. It was a non-event.

Congrats! My DS's will be about 25 months apart too. And no, DS1 is not potty trained yet, haha! I definitely started feeling queasy almost immediately with this pregnancy and my MS lasted longer this time too but overall my 2 pregnancies were pretty similar. I actually think this one was a little easier, even if I get less sleep!

Congratulations! Yes, I weaned when I was eight weeks pregnant. DS was 18.5 months when I weaned and we were down to one session a night. I was feeling poorly and BF was getting really painful. I have no regrets and I didn't want to nurse both.
We successfully weaned in under a week and it was the right decision for us. The week I got pregnant, my son was sick within 30 minutes of nursing and it's the only tone he's ever vomited. It was also the day I thought I might be pregnant, I swear there was a change in my BM and that made him ill.

Congratulations! We weaned when I was around 10 weeks or so. We were just down to naps and bedtime, I dropped naps first then bedtime. It was really uncomfortable for me and I wanted to crawl up the wall every time he nursed. No fun for anyone. He didn't fuss much at all, it was fine. I wonder if the taste had changed too.

Congrats!
No advice on the weaning or anything. But we did have 2 in diapers for about 10 months and honestly, it was so much easier (our boys were only 20 months apart). I just changed them both one right after the other. It was so much easier than dealing with a newly PT'ed toddler and a nursing newborn.
