I'm trying to lose about thirty pounds. My daily calorie goal on mfp without exercise is 1450. Some days, I am under 1200 net calories because of exercise (exercise every day, just eat more some days). Am I doing okay to not always eat my exercise calories?
I'm thinking there will be some weekend nights that I'll go over, so I can "save them up" for then. Healthy, okay to do?
Those say about 300 more than mfp, not including exercise. Is mfp that off?

MFP is notoriously and dangerously low, in my not-professional opinion.
Good to know, thank you! Interesting, because I can only find calorie burn for cardio exercise and I also like to lift, but it doesn't account for any calories for that.

I use MFP to track my macros, but I sort of hate it.
I try and even out for the week. So I may not eat all my calories on the days I am running 15 miles for marathon training, but I eat extra on the next day.
