Today was the funeral for H's grandma. It was a hard morning for everyone.
but this afternoon, in between the service and shiva, MIL had a follow up after her latest biopsy. She didn't want to cancel despite the long emotional day.
Guys, she is officially in remission! Even her doctor was surprised because she still had 15% of the leukemia left last time. She still has more treatment ahead of her to make sure it doesn't come back, but hearing she is in remission is pretty much the best news ever.
I can't help but believe her mother had something to do with it.

Oh my gosh, J, please forgive me for missing that your H's grandmother passed. My deepest sympathy for all of you, I'm so sorry. But I am so thrilled to hear about your MIL!! That is amazing and incredible news! Big hugs!
I believe her mom is watching over her too. I'm so sorry for the loss of your Bubbie, but she'll always be there watching over her family from above. That's so wonderful your MIL is doing great.

Thank goodness! I am so sorry about your H's grandma, but what a relief for your MIL. Your family has had enough awfulness for a looooong time.
