I think the thing that is most inspiring to me is that you are a REAL person. You aren't an Instagram celebrity or someone who gets paid to do this. This isn't for your blog, this is you, a real person with a job who worked hard, ate right and has these kind do results. Very very impressive!

Wish I could have seen it (darn living in London). I'm planning on doing the whole body recomposition thing this autumn with doing a bulk and cut, and it's making me a bit scared.
Lol...was flute birdies supposed to be glute bridges? farmvillelover?
If so, 50lbs on those bad boys! They are my favorite. I put 2 25lb dumbbells on my hips, kind of angled with one head of each down at my crotch (with a folded towel under the weights to prevent bruising). It's a pain in the ass (ha!) to get into position with the weights. I hold them down, keep my heels tucked very close to my butt, and bridge up focusing on using my glutes and not my hamstrings to drive my hips up. I do 3 sets of 12, and then if I have any steam left I'll pulse out a final set of however many I can possibly do. I usually do these at the end of my workout to really burn it out.
These are way easier to do with a barbell and plates.
(I googled flute birdies thinking this was some move I've never heard of before. )
Sometimes when farmvillelover posts/tweets I picture her talking like Swedish chef because I have no idea WTF she is saying. LOL. <3 you, Farmer!

Another good starter programme (which I'm doing) is the Stronglifts 5x5 - don't need to buy anything and there is a great app to help you out. I'm doing it and hoping for the best as I've seen some pics of the bodies of others doing it and woozah..I want that booty.
