I take a spin class 3 days a week. On Tuesday I really pushed myself hard when we were standing by increasing the resistance a lot. I feel like that might have caused me to have ankle pain. the pain is on the inside of my foot right under my ankle bone. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to help heal the pain? Its not awful, but does hurt when I walk a little.
RICE- Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Also an anti-inflammatory/pain reliever would be a good idea. If it doesn't get better, I'd see a doctor and get it checked out.
