Eggs (hardboiled and scrambled), raisins, dried apricots, graham crackers, string cheese, black beans, pasta (cheese tortellini is a recent hit), meatballs, shredded meats (pork and chicken), waffles, muffins, and all kinds of fruit/veggies.
C loves fruit, specifically watermelon, strawberries and grapes (quartered). I've also recently started making batches of pancakes to freeze. Pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds and we've got breakfast.
We also do a lot of cheese sticks. I buy the colby jack ones and cut them into smallish pieces.
I recently bought a few Stonyfield yogurt pouches that work well for an on the go snack/breakfast.
Typical breakfast = banana slices, toast with peanut butter (cut into small squares, easy on the PB) and cereal. Sometimes scrambled eggs, the chunks are easy for him to eat and he LOVES them. Frozen waffles are always a hit. Typical lunch = string cheese stick, mixed veggies (the frozen peas/carrots/beans/corn ones are popular, as are broccoli florets), and some fruit. Usually a bit of what we're having, too Typical dinner = some kind of grain, like rice or pasta pieces, a protein, like black beans, cheese or shredded chicken, and a veggie
Most of the time he's sharing what we're eating with some variations. Last night we had grilled chicken and grilled veggies, so he had that. The night before we had pasta and sauce with salad. He doesn't really do salad, so we give him some noodles and threw together some frozen broccoli for him and let him eat some of the shaved parmesan cheese.
He likes yogurt, but doesn't want me to feed him, so he doesn't get much of that these days.
We've done mini pizza on an English muffin, small quesadillas, meatballs, hard boiled eggs, veggie muffins, all varieties of beans.
I love Trader Joe's freeze dried fruit for on-the-go, I always have some of those with me, along with emergency puffs and teething biscuits.

Either my kid just isn't a huge eater or I'm horrible at the real food thing. I read some of these posts and am in awe of what your kids eat!
At 10.5 months, he is already pretty picky but will eat blueberries and raspberries pretty steadily. Other things we take on the go are Ritz crackers with a smidge of PB or freaking pouches. I've brought chopped deli turkey before but he didn't eat much.

Well, she started eating whatever I cooked for dinner maybe 2 months ago? I diced things up so they were verrry tiny for her. Now I leave slightly bigger pieces, but she's only got two teeth so I feel bad!
But tonight for example we had stir fry, and I just chopped up the tofu and broccoli and mushrooms and green onions to baby bite sized and served them over her coconut rice that way. She loves spicy too; mexican food is a fav. I also cut up her pasta to manageable bites, and she'll eat pesto pasta, lasagna, raviolis, etc To my sorrow she is cheese particular! Likes cubed gouda and chunks of brie, but not cheddar. But she'll eat mac n cheese…with cheddar sauce…
For breakfast she has steel cut oats with fruit and greek yogurt, and I typically give her a bite of my eggs. On weekends when I do pancakes/waffles/french toast, she'll eat them but she seems to prefer her oatmeal or my eggs lol
For quick and easy, try: Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, cut up red grapes (DD is addicted), cut up blueberries, watermelon (she liked it with mint), strawberries, steamed garbanzo beans (or black beans), puffs, mango, cubed sweet potato. I buy the frozen mangoes and sweet potatoes and then just let them soften or steam before serving.

We totally still use pouches. For traveling, for on the go, it's just easier. But I make a conscious effort to give her table food at her other meals, and I have started bringing cut up fruit with the pouches when we're going out to lunch or something.
But I think I'm lucky in that for the most part, DD will try almost anything, and likes a wide variety of foods. But don't feel bad on yourself! He may not have much interest now, but that can certainly change. I'd just keep offering. In different ways, you know?
Like DD won't eat avocado (she's nuts I tell you) but I still try periodically. And as I mentioned in my previous post, she isn't a huge fan of my pancakes or waffles, but I give them to her to try whenever I make them.
It's not really grab and go but DS loved meatballs or pasta with ground beef. The meat was soft enough that it was easy for him to eat. I used to give him soup with most of the broth drained out too.
He also loved cheese sticks, hummus, graham crackers, bananas, apple slices, and this time of year, soft overly ripe peaches. And cheese quesadillas.

She will eat whatever we are eating. Spices and strong flavors don't bother her at all (yet, I know this will probably change).
If she eats when we aren't eating we give her a lot of blueberries, grapes, shredded cheese, lunch meat, beans, dried mangoes, Cheerios, puffs, pouches, and teething biscuit things. She is a total puffs junkie :/
shredded chicken or turkey lunchmeat, steamed veggies, quesadillas, english muffin pizzas, black beans, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, pancakes, waffles, fruity greek yogurt.
Scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, fruit-especially watermelon, quartered grapes, banana. For traveling we buy the little fruit cups with peaches, pears, apples, etc. Nutrigrain bars or similar. Vegetable soup with the liquid drained. Crackers or toast with peanut butter.
