So I ordered a couple of cleansers, toner and a mask from PC and after using them all for about a week my skin is absolutely awful It's hard to tell which product is doing it but I'm bummed. Did anyone else have this issue?
I know they have a pretty generous return policy and I'm tempted to send it all back and try something else. The search for clear skin continues...
I started out with one product at a time. The toner made me break out a bit at first but then my skin cleared and looks great. Then I added a moisturizer. Then I added sunscreen. I get your frustration though. If you feel like sticking it out I'd try one product at a time, but they do have a great returns policy.
What products did you try? Sucks about the breakouts, hopefully you can narrow down what it was. I tried their new foam BHA treatment and it gave me a rash (twice), so I sent it back.
Is it the clear line? This happened to me with their clear line. I cried. LOL. I sent it all back and got the skin balancing cleanser and toner and some 2% BHA. Of course I emailed them and that's what they recommended. I have been using it for a month and my skin is great! I didn't even get any breakouts around my time of the month!
What products did you try? It's probably better to introduce one new product at a time- your skin might just be reacting to having a few new products put on it all at the same time. I'd either go back to your normal routine and introduce one new product at a time, or return these and talk to the PC customer service for recommendations.

I have the hydralight and skin balancing cleanser along with the skin balancing toner and skin balancing oil control mask.
I had just been using the cleansers and stopped the toner/mask and am still breaking out like crazy. Im bummed too bc I thought this whole line was supposed to be hypo allergenic and the best out there. I love the earth sourced cleanser so I may just return everything and keep using that.
