Feel silly for asking this. As I've been nannying for almost 10 years now, but I've never had this happen.
I put the boys to bed and I give then time to unwind. They won't chill out, so I go in there to tell them again it's time to relax and close our eyes. When I walk in the big brother (a little over 3) pulled off the younger ones ( almost 2) underwear and trying to pull off his diaper.
I'm going to tell the parents but this is normal right? Like just being silly? Like making penis kiss right?
Did you ask why he was trying to do that? Little kids like to mimic adults and he may have just been mimicking a pattern of change the toddler's diaper before bed.

I didn't think about this, but this could definitely be the case.

What the hell is "making penis kiss"?
My girls are twins. They go commando around each other here and there, getting dressed, bathing, "helping" each other dress. I am not concerned. (They're four)

He wears a pull up and goes on the potty. So no diaper changes like when he was baby, you know where the side rip, that's how we take the pull up off (not pull down). I asked him and all he said was he won't do it again.
I wouldn't be concerned. Sofia's just over 3 and she's also very into mimicking what I do. She knows that before naps and bedtime, Theo gets his diaper changed, so if I saw her doing this I would just automatically think she was just playing "mom".
Eh. I would mention it because they need to have the talk with them about privacy.
Yea I will mention it. It just caught me off guard, and kids do crazy and inappropriate stuff, but it just felt really off. So just wanted to double check.
mention it, not be concerned though. I would mention it only b/c you are not the parent. If I was babysitting someone's else's kids I would tell their parents. If this were my kids, NBD UNLESS there is a history.

I would be concerned. VERY concerned. It is a total precursor to poo painting. The parents should know & put a stop to it!!! Otherwise, it's normal. But really, poo painting is no joke.
I ask him why he was doing that and he said he won't do it again. So I told him that we don't do that. That's baby's undwear and diaper and something along the lines of keeping hands to ourselves and we need to get some rest.
