I get up at 6:30, hit snooze and usually start working out at around 6:50. I do T25 so the whole thing ( including the after workout stretch) takes around 28 minutes. I am at work at around 8, but I have a 10 mile commute with no traffic whatsoever.
I'm hoping I wouldn't have to get up earlier than 5:30. My commute is about 20 minutes in the morning so that would leave an hour and a half for me to do a 3 mile run and still shower etc.
how far are you running and what time do you usually leave?
now, to go to the gym, shower (at the gym) and be at work by 8 i just have to be out the door by 6. this gives me 30-45 minutes to work out and get in the shower, and sometimes enough time to blow dry my hair. for me, an added benefit of going to the gym is that my commute is faster because it's earlier in the rush hour and traffic isn't as bad.
when i was marathon training, it was much earlier since my midweek runs were typically an hour or more.
My plan is to be up at 5:30, roll out to the gym from 6-6:45, come home (I'm only 3 mins from the gym), be out of the house by 7:30 and to work by 8. It's an optimistic plan.

I'm up between 4:45 and 5:15. I sleep in my gym clothes and the gym's at work, so I go straight out the door. I have a 30 minute drive, plus time to reach the gym, so I usually work out 5:45 to 6:50, then get ready and am at my desk by 7:15.
I get up between 5:45 and 6:15. I cannot function without a cup of coffee so I usually head out by 6:45. I'm home by 7:30 at the latest and I get to work by 9. (my DS HATES mornings so getting him up at 7:30 and out the door is always a challenge)
I do bootcamp. It starts at 5:45 and is 1 hour. I leave my house at 5:20, get home at 7:15 and leave my house at 8:10 to be at work by 9. I find that when I work out in the morning before work I tend to eat better during the day and don't snack on crap.
When I was commuting from the old house I had to leave at 545, so that wasn't happening.
Now that I don't have to leave for work until 620, I'm hoping I can fit in a half hour 3 mile run. Wake at 445, out running by 5, then an hour twenty to shower/eat/dress.
I have to be to work at 7:30 also. I generally get up between 5:00 and 5:30 depending on what I intend to do at the gym that day. I live about 5 miles away from the gym and work is about a mile away from the gym.
