Just wanted to throw in there that WW has a non-tracking program called Simple Start. I don't do it because I am better at tracking, but I just left a meeting where the 2 biggest losers this week have been doing Simple Start. I drink a Shakeology at lunch 4 times a week to keep me from having lunch out with my co-workers and I also wear my fit bit daily and strive for the 10,000 steps per day (I don't always make it, but it does make me extra conscious to get off my a$$ more often). I love the WLCs and I am considering the next Piyo challenge, too.
