My mail today consisted of a single credit card application. This happens more times than I can count. I wish the USPS would utilize technology to let customers have more input on their mail delivery. I would love to be able to log into my account and indicate that mailers, flyers, credit card applications, catalogs, etc., can all be held until I get a piece of real mail. Then deliver it all. Or deliver the contents of the box once a week, even if it's all junk. Wouldn't that save them some time and money? Or give people the ability to skip days altogether, no matter what mail there is. I would be fine with only getting mail every other day. Nothing I get via USPS is *that* urgent.
eddy I have been in similar situations and I know how you feel. I hate when I realize that my first reaction as to be less kind than I would prefer. Don't beat yourself up, but if you would rather be nicer up front, let this remind you of that next time. And if you don't actually want to, you don't have to feel guilty about it. It's not bad to keep to yourself.
i interviewed two rounds for a job that i sort of wanted. i mean, i wanted it but i'm also sad at the prospect of leaving current position. i was really waffling and losing slep over the last few weeks.
anyway, just found out i was rejected. i'm revlieved and disappointed all at once. idk. it sucks that i wasn't selected, but it's cool that i even got an interview in such a competitive market.
At least you don't have to make a hard decision? I am having a meeting about opportunity in Aug. I am like 90% sure I'm not going to do it. It would probably be easier to say no without hearing the $offer$ lol
