I am down a bit this week which is awesome but I am so bummed that I am just .2 from the next decade. Ahhhh- so close! I haven't seen this next decade since well before Emmy was conceived. Probably around the time I got married 5 years ago. I WILL see that decade next week!!

I ended up with a decent loss for the week. It was a nice surprise Tonight we are going to the state fair, which should be yummy but hopefully my nice loss can keep me motivated to make some better (not great, who are we kidding) choices tonight!

I am down a pound. I am a bit disappointed but not surprised. I need to add in more fitness. I feel pretty good about what I have been eating, I still have some bad things but also a lot more fruits and veggies.
I have been doing well, exercising, mostly eating good food etc.
It's all going to fall apart Monday though. Back to work, pumping so no time for workouts and I will be sad and eating my feelings
I'm still 11 pounds away from pre pregnancy weight which isn't too bad I guess. I would love to only have 5 left after this challenge. I've avoided buying new work clothes, I will just leave zippers half open haha

Good luck Monday. I had a hard time going back at first, since my ml was so wonderful, but thankfully I have gotten back in the groove and am happy with my work life balance, today anyway . I hope it goes smoothly for you!
I'm down 2 lbs this week...but I feel like I could've done more because I was up after last week's weigh in, and down again trying to lose this week. I feel like my cheat day turns into cheat days, and I gain a ton of weight and spend the next week working it off to break even. I have to be incredibly restrictive and drink tonnnns of water to lose weight, and it's just not sustainable. So, I need to find a much better balance with my cheating and find something that works so that I'm satisfied with food, but not overdoing it to make up for it.
That will go out the window this weekend though, lol.
What if instead of a cheat day you do a cheat meal? So when you go to the fair, still eat a healthy filling breakfast. Then eat yummy fair food. Then a sensible soup or salad for dinner.

I hear you. My cheat days have been turning into cheat weekends.
I'm only down a pound this week, and we're going to my parents' today, so this weekend is a busy. Hopefully I can get back rolling the beginning of the week.

Great advice! @chelsmonster This is what I have to do or else I end up just eating everything and not wanting to stop as well.
I'm down another pound. It's discouraging in some ways because I am working out and mostly watching what I eat, but I also know that slow and steady is the way to maintain your weight loss.

I'm down 2lbs and super duper close to my prepregnancy weight with Carter. I am really happy about that. I just haven't had the time to exercise like I want and that's bumming me out.

Weigh again later today or tomorrow morning since you are so close! Good luck!
I'm only 1/2 way to the next decade, but I like that it is definitely within my sights and doable in this WLC if I stay focused.
I have a hard time not finishing Matildas food. Like I made her a pb&j for lunch and she ate only half. I couldn't just throw it out! Pb&j is delicious

ML has been so great this time. I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I told my H I would love to stay home but only if we can keep sending Matilda to full time daycare

I'm loving this WLC. It's actually making things fun for me! MFP is so easy, I love the bar code scanner. This group is really keeping me on track and I'm so greatful. Monday I start PiYo!!! Does anyone do PiYo and use MFP? I'm wondering how to enter the workouts? I want to keep up my calories because I'm BFing and paranoid about loosing my supply.
BFing WLC ladies, it is possible right? I can still keep my supply and BF?
