Small update: I drove both the Pilot and the Odyssey yesterday. The back up camera made the thing SO much easier to drive! When I had test driven the Odyssey before, it was without a backup camera. They are both such nice cars! And knowing that I was fairly comfortable driving an Odyssey was a relief. I am also going from a CRV now, as opposed to a TINY sedan, so I am sure that helps. Now we need to test drive the Toyotas....

FWIW, my sister has a new Honda Pilot and we were able to fit 3 convertible car seats across the 2nd row comfortably. Car seats prevent access to the 3rd row in a lot of SUVs. I have a Rav4, which is probably way smaller than you want, but in both SUVs we can get one kid or small adult into the 3rd row, by having one seat flipped down and having them climb in through the back.
I have a Pilot and love it. I've also sat several full-sized adults in the back with no issues. Getting to the back can be an issue, but it sounds like your oldest can handle it. With the third row completely up, you should be able to fit a stroller and groceries (normal weekly shop, but probably not huge Costco run). I'm pretty sure the third row is 60/40 fold down, so you can buy more space if you can get by with only one kid in the third row. If you like your CRV, I think you will LOVE the pilot (I went from a CRV to Pilot too).
Having said that, my parents had a Sienna and loved everything about it. I think you have a lot of good choices and just need to pick the one you like best :-)
I had a Sienna and traded it after two years because the seats were so uncomfortable. I am 5'1 and the way the seat hit my back and neck was terrible. I am sure it may depend on your body type. Test driving was fine, but anything over 35 - 40 minutes and my back was killing me. I got a Buick Enclave with captains chairs and third row seating. Adults can sit comfortably in the third row. Pretty much the same size as a mini van. The Chevy traverse and the GMC acadia are the same cars.
