Speaking of food/cooking @misoangry , where should I take the kid to eat in Westwood/Hollywood? I think we can just go to Canter's and call it good right? Milk for dessert? Nothing foofy or expensive. Lol
!!! When are you coming?
ARE YOU HERE??
I'm sorry. I just lost my mind and am currently unable to give you an answer. LOL.

I am in your stock pot RIGHT NOW.
No, that's a lie.
We aren't coming until Labor Day weekend but I am excited already. I want to revisit the places of my misspent youth.
LOL at being in my stock pot.
In Westwood, you can go to 800 Degrees for pizza or The Apple Pan (not Westwood but close enough) for burgers. If your kid is up to it, try Tsujita on nearby Sawtelle for great ramen.
In Hollywood, wow. Where to start? I think MILK is a great dessert idea. Really close by (walking) is BLD -- good, solid American fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (duh).
I have a LOT of suggestions if you want to give me more parameters.
