1. 32 weeks today. 2. I had braxton hicks with the past 2 pregnancies but it was just a tightening. No real pain. This time around I'm definitely feeling more pain. And it makes me nervous to have painful contractions this early. But they only last for like 5 seconds, and they are random, so I know its not preterm labor or anything. 3. No. I plan to make freezer meals before the baby. For myself lol. But otherwise I'm not making anything. I'm not very crafty. 4. Its just this past week started to freak me out. Its almost August. Less than 8 weeks and I'll have a baby. Wait what??? Crazy.

1. How far along are you this week? 18 weeks
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? AW: My MIL bought me an early birthday present yesterday and it was in the form of a new outfit from motherhood maternity, lol. I'm officially in maternity jeans and have popped.
Vent: my anxiety over coming off the PIO is sky high. It's not like my numbers were very high last week but I'm now down to every other day for one week and then I'm done per my RE. I don't want to be. Like, I really don't want to be. I've already done 19 weeks of shots in the ass. I can do another 19. NBD.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? Yes. I plan on making a couple crocheted blankets, a taggie or two, burp cloths, flannel receiving blankets, and whatever else I can come up with. 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? Still hasn't?? It took me 6.5 years to get here. I still don't believe it's real. Although feeling so much more comfortable in maternity jeans this weekend was a fun realization, lol.

1. How far along are you this week? 36 weeks
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? Start weekly appointments this week, shit is getting real. Finally hung the curtain rod in the babies room this weekend, which oddly let me sleep better at night. Still need to put together her dresser tonight.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? Unfortunately no. Life has been so busy, buying a house, work has been crazy, its hard enough just getting her room set up, no chance to make anything.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? Not sure. Lots of different times I've had, wow, this is real moments. Then it kinda passes and I almost forget how quickly she is coming. Can't pin point a particular one.
2. In good news, I appear to have not gained any weight yet and maybe even lost a pound or two. I am obese already and my eating has been good some days and bad some, so I'm just hoping to gain as little as possible this trimester.
3. I don't know if I'll actually make anything. I might paint a dresser if I can find a used one I like/am feeling up to it. We'll see.
Amended to add: I may make curtains or drawer dividers, depending in what I find that I like
4. Definitely doesn't feel real and I am still very worried. Maybe around 20 weeks if all tests go well and once I hear the sex?
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? I hung some art and a cross in the nursery over the weekend. Babies have been kicking like crazy which I love but every time I grab H's hand to have him feel they stop.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? My mom is making crib skirt, sheets, and window valences. I had plans to DIY a lot of stuff but I've been able to get pretty good deals on things (like car seat canopy - only had to pay shipping). So I pry won't make anything myself. With having 2 cribs I am trying really hard to not have the nursery cluttered and cut out a lot of wall stuff I originally had planned.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? I think at my NT scan when they looked more like people. Each month I get more and more excited for my ultrasounds since they're growing like crazy and we can already see some of their personality come thru.
Also I realized it's almost August, which means I will have 3 months left!! I hate counting down weeks, months make it seem shorter
1. 30 weeks tomorrow 2. I'm having a work shower on Friday, and while I'm super grateful that they're doing one, I'm also dreading it a little. I generally have a hard time being the center of attention, plus it's coed, and talking about baby stuff with my middle aged male coworkers just feels...awkward. 3. My mom and I made an instant batik picture for the wall. It turned out pretty cute. 4. Maybe when she found out she's a girl? It still doesn't feel real some days.

1. 29 weeks 2. This week, the kicks really changed from being adorable little nudges to "Ow! Buddy, don't do that!" I also have a complicated four-pillow system in order to sleep semi-comfortably, and I'm still up 2-3 times nightly anyway. Let the sleep deprivation begin! 3. No, I am the opposite of crafty. My mom will make a soft quilt for baby to sleep under once he's older. I'm planning to BF again, does milk count? 4. Probably at the anatomy scan. I feel more connected once I can think of the baby as "my son" rather than some random parasite making me sick.
1. How far along are you this week? 21 WEEKS TOMORROW 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? FINALIZING WHAT WE WANT IN THE BABY'S NURSERY 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? A KNIT BLANKET & SOME NURSERY DECORATIONS 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? STILL HASN'T FULLY SUNK IN, BUT STARTING TO FEEL REAL SINCE WE FOUND OUT WE ARE HAVING A LITTLE BOY

1. 33 weeks
2. Saturday DH and I went to a friends house for "lunch". DH asked why we needed to travel 2 hours to her house to pick up some baby stuff when she is coming to my baby shower next weekend. I said I don't know she asked us months ago it will be fun. Little did I know how much fun. I still talk & friends with about 50 girls from my wedding month knottie days.
When we arrived I noticed a huge table of gifts, then 3 of the girls from the board along with their kids & DH. I was soooooo shocked. They yelled surprise!!!! There were 2 computers set up with the rest of the girls on video chat.
They have been planning this surprise shower since April. Created a secret FB page so I wouldn't see etc. it was the most amazing day. I didn't cry at the shower but I cried a few times on the way home. After we left I was so overwhelmed by how generous everyone had been. It was probably one of my very favorite days. I love surprised and this was the ultimate.
3. I've made burp clothes, blankets, taggy blanket and bibs.
4. 32 weeks lol It's been sooo surreal. Hitting the 8 month mark was an amazing feeling that we are going to bring a little guy home soon.
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? Had the NT scan on Friday and everything looks great! The tech also took a pretty confident guess that baby is another boy.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I'm hoping to do all the nursery fabric stuff myself--curtains, crib skirt, crib sheets, pillows. We'll see.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? It still kind of hasn't. Last time it did when we had the a/s and found out for sure we were having a boy, I'm hoping for the same this time!

1. 14 weeks today!! 2. I feel so terrible this morning. Figures that the first day of the second tri I would be more nauseated than the last 2 weeks combined. We spent this weekend with family members who have a toddler, and they gave us a bunch of baby gear that their son has outgrown, so that was awesome. We came home with a co-sleeper, a bathtub, a cradle (hand-made by another family member), and a bunch of random toys and other baby things, plus a bunch of maternity clothes. 3. I'd love to make something, but I'm not overly crafty. We're thinking we may go to a paint-your-own pottery place and do something together, but I don't know what it would be. 4. Probably after my NT scan. The baby moved around a lot during the US, which was amazing to see, and somehow the fact that the tech was able to do a regular (non-internal) ultrasound at that point made it seem a lot more real.
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? I still don't really have a "bump," and I keep thinking that surely any day now I'll have one and look more pregnant vs. like I put on some weight... :-P
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? We are making her crib, and some book/toy shelves for her room
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? I think it got more "real" at our 20 weeks A/S...our baby actually looked more like a baby than in my previous ultrasound! But it's still not totally sinking in
1. How far along are you this week? 11w 1 d 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? I have a cold, which sucks even more than usual since I really can't take anything for it. 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? Hmm, I haven't thought about it yet. 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? Honestly it still doesn't really feel real. Maybe after my next appointment when I'll hopefully get to hear the heartbeat. Or, after I start to show?

1. How far along are you this week? 14 weeks, Welcome second tri!! 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? my second OB appointment is this week. eager to finally see my doc after finding out there are two! 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I knit a couple of baby bibs so far. I want to knit two blankets, but I am not sure if realistically both will get done before the years end. I was holding off to see the babies genders before buying yarn. 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? two weeks ago upon seeing the two babies.
1. 23+1 weeks 2. Not much going on, just enjoying feeling them moving around. We started to assemble the nursery furniture this weekend so seems very real now that we have 2 cribs set-up! 3. Probably won't be making anything for them, but rather ordering stuff from Etsy 4. Hmm, probably around the time of our NT scan once we knew they were both ok and we started announcing to people
1. How far along are you this week? 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you?
1. 14w5d 2. I want to feel the baby move! I know it's totally normal to not have felt anything yet, but I'm so anxious to have that reassurance. 3. I'm making a tiny human, I think that's plenty. More seriously, I am not crafty at all. 4. The NT scan seeing the baby move so much, though some days it's still not 'real'.
14w2d. Feeling good. I feel like my weight gain has concentrated in my tummy area, so I definitely look rounder, but less lumpy then I did before. And I can see/feel my ute rising, which is cool.
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week?
Nada. Just hanging on until the next appt next Wednesday. Cannot wait. I always get nervous when I have to go awhile between appts.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I have to get a new sewing machine b/c mine is crap, but I will probably make a few baby clothes. Need to get on that pronto.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you?
Infertile/PGAL here, so still not that real. I have a big fibroid that worries me (even though doc doesn't seem concerned). I think (I hope), once we do the anatomy scan, if everything checks out, I'll feel good. For now, still worried, despite all great appts/textbook pregnancy to this point.

1. How far along are you this week? 7w, 6d 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? Tomorrow is our first appt and ultrasound!!! Can't wait to see this little bugger!!' 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I bought some fabric a couple weeks ago to sew a blanket and DH is going to build the crib and changing table/dresser. 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? At first when the nausea hit. I'm sure after seeing this little one via ultrasound tomorrow it will be even more real!
1. 39w3d 2. As I mentioned in a Randoms thread, we got a lot done this weekend, which makes me so happy. Also getting the house clean just in case I go into labor early (for some reason I don't feel like that will happen since I have a c-section planned and had to be induced last time), now I'm just trying to maintain the clean, which I'm not so good at. 3. I've made her three pillowcase dresses for next summer, but that's about it. 4. I've had several "real" moments, but most recently when I installed the infant car seat last night! Ahh!
1) 20w6d 2) We're going away for the next 2 nights (driving distance) and I'm thinking of not taking the Snoogle. Mistake? Also my AW is that I scheduled a prenatal massage for Thursday. SO FREAKING EXCITED. 3) I previously PIPed some bibs and burp cloths. I'd also like to make a nursing cover and maybe a taggie or two. Thinking about other projects as well. You all who've finished projects should PIP! nessness I'd love to see your batik. 4) At the NT scan when the doctor said everything looked ok. Due to a past pg, I was pretty disconnected until that moment.
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? Now that my showers are over, it's time to get started ordering the final baby items.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I made pennants for above her crib and am working on a collage of family baby pictures.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? When we found out she was a girl, it got pretty real. But all of this actually putting the nursery together is driving it home that in a few weeks or so, we'll have a baby in our house.
1. How far along are you this week? 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you?
1. 6w 2. I'm already constantly burping and have an unsettled stomach. Also up a bra size and not fitting in clothes. Is this bc I was just pg a few month ago? Either way, it's b.s.! 3. I'm sure I will. 4. It hasn't yet. I will likely not believe in it until post-CVS, which I will be doing this time as soon as medically appropriate. And maybe it won't even be real until after the anatomy scan.
1. 16 weeks 2. I got the call Friday afternoon that my MaterniT21 results came back "normal", significantly dropping the elevated risk that came back with the NT. It's not 100% or anything but I feel much more relieved now. And also, no y chromosomes were detected, so it looks like H is going to be drastically outnumbered. We have our next u/s on the 4th so we'll see how they look then! 3. H will be making curtains, like he did for DD. Other than that we'll just be putting some framed photos up in the nursery. 4. I think the u/s at 9 weeks where we saw their HBs again made it truly real for me, but I loved seeing them at the NT when they actually looked like babies!
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? I'm starting to look more into registry items and may start one in the next few weeks.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? Lol, no. I am the least crafty person ever. We have a dresser we might repaint, but that's pretty much it.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? It still hasn't really. It did a little bit when I heard the heartbeat, but I haven't felt any kicks yet or had an ultrasound, so it's still hasn't really hit me yet.
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? I'm looking forward to our birth class this weekend and meeting with the doula. I think then I will not be as freaked out about the possibility of early labor.
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? I am making a quilted floor mat and plan to sew the crib skirt. I still have a lot of work to do if I actually want to have these finished before he comes!
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? Probably when I started feeling regular movement. The fact that we will have a baby soon only recently felt real.
1. 19 weeks 2. AW: baby is moving! 3. Not making anything. I am not crafty. 4. Oh, right about now it's feeling pretty "real". The baby movements, the upcoming anatomy scan (even though we're team green), the "OMG we have so much stuff to get done before this baby comes" panic mode.
1. How far along are you this week? 2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? 3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? 4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you?
1. 10 weeks 2. Told my BFF over the weekend and she's excited! 3. I want to crochet a blanket and maybe some other things! 4. Sometimes it still isn't since we haven't seen or heard it yet. I think it will be more real at the 12 week appointment when we hear the heartbeat. But the more we tell people, the more real it starts to feel
ETA: totally jealous of all of you that got to see your babies so early! I want to see mine!

1. How far along are you this week? 20w2d- yay for halfway!!
2. Pregnancy-related AWs/vents/randoms for this week? Baby boy is moving a lot more this week! Love feeling him kick- it's the best! Have my 20w checkup on Thurs so looking forward to that. Also, we ordered the nursery bedding (just to make sure it's the one we want as it's only available online) and it arrived over the weekend (we're OOT)...excited to see it tomorrow and finalize the nursery plans/registry!
3. Have you, or do you plan to, make anything for the baby? Nothing crafty (at least that I'm planning at this point)...just freezer meals and eventually baby food.
4. When did this pregnancy "get real" for you? It felt real when I first heard the hb at 6 weeks and then more and more with each milestone. Passing our 10 1/2 week m/c milestone was huge, ending first tri was a big relief, and the finale has been little kicks and great news with the a/s!
1. 16 weeks 2. I got the call Friday afternoon that my MaterniT21 results came back "normal", significantly dropping the elevated risk that came back with the NT.
