I have bangs and feel like I can't rock the headband look but the sweat dripping into my eyes is starting to become a problem and makes my eyes turn red. I did go to the eye doctor cause at first I though it was pink eye and the eye doctor could not figure it out but it comes and goes and seems to get pink/red after a tough workout. Do I have to grow my bangs out? Do I put them over or under the headband? Neither seem to look right? I am so not a fashionista but I do want to look normal.
My bangs are about mid chin level (layers) so what doesn't fit in a ponytail just gets held back in the headband. I did just buy a bondiband so I'm hoping that will hold them in place even better. I don't really care what I look like when I'm working out considering it's usually 5:30 am. I have done the bobby pins before but for me they didn't stay.

Ditto joenali - I twist a clump and bobby pin to the right, and twist another clump and bobby pin to the left. Then I add a headband to hold it all and to manage the flyaways. I will add that I am not winning any fashion shows with this look, but it seems to do the trick.
