C is SUCH a morning person (I am not). H goes to get him out of the crib in the morning and he runs down the hall yelling "HI MAMA HI MAMA HI MAMA HI MAMA" with a huge grin on his face and climbs into bed to wake me up.
He also can identify numbers up to 10 except 5. Instead of 5 he says "wocka wocka wocka." We have no idea where he picked this up, but he'll be like, "onnnnne, twoooo, freeeee, fooooour, wocka wocka wocka, siiiiiix, sebbbben..."

DS (10 months) will "help" put his diaper in the Diaper Genie if I ask him to.
If you try to trick him by putting a green bean with a piece of cheese in his mouth, he will leave the cheese and pull out the green bean.
His favorite thing in the world is when you ask him if he's little like a mouse (with a squeaky voice) or big like a lion (in a booming voice). He gets so happy!
E is OBSESSED with boxes. Last night a small box came for me. We brought it in and put it on the entryway table. E proceeded to get it off the table, put it on the coffee table, open the drawer, hand me the scissors we use to open boxes (probably should move those now), and wait for me to open the box. Then she took the box over to the floor so she could sit in it.
She loves to hide (in very obvious places, like inside of an open box or behind a flower pot) and then pop out. Her little face is SO excited while she's hiding, like "Oh, I am really going to pull one over on them!" Then when she sees us, she starts laughing hysterically.
DD has started putting anything with a handle on her arm or shoulder like a purse, waves and says 'bye-bye' in her little tiny voice and then butt scoots herself over to the door like she's leaving.
Jumping. Rather, trying to jump. Hilarious to watch.
"Go oudide" (outside) is accompanied by "shoes on"
Like @starry , we also put all the inanimate objects to bed. The baby doll also gets a paci and a kiss, and then covered up with a blanket. Insert heart melt icon here!

I forgot, N picked this up, too. He grabs his bucket (usually), throws in an old cell phone, and then looks around for the old car key we gave him. When he finds it, he tells us "buh bye! see ya!" and heads for the door.
DS loves playing telephone. He has two plastic phones, he'll hand one to me and run away with the other, and say "ring ring!" He'll point to my phone and I pick it up and we "talk." Like "hello? Oh hi DS, it's so nice to hear from you? What are you doing today?" He answers "playing horse dog choo choo!" After awhile he says "bye momma!" And slams the phone down on the table to hang up.

L is mimicking faces, and gives me huge smiles when I pick her up out of the bassinet. Yes, it may be some gas, lol, but when she cries, I can smile at her and she'll stop crying and smile back!
Also, the "oy oy oy" nursing noises are hysterical.

My dd ( almost 5) sings " blah blah black sheep" she hasn't had any speech "mis hears" since about 3, but for some reason this one stuck. I <3 it.
My dd explaining getting a blood dare to her 2 year old brother. " they are going to put a needle in your arm, it will hurt, but we need to do it. It's ok to cry, me and mommy will give you snuggles" I die at her sweet spirit.
Ds has had a talking explosion..he is always always talking and now people can understand him. He's also in the why phase " why this off?, why these people there? " I know I'm going to be annoyed by this phase, but right now it's so cute!!
Kisses! He actually just gnaws on my chin, but he puts his two hands on my cheeks and 'kisses' me so it counts.
Also, crawling. He just started last week and now it's so fun getting to daycare each day. Once he sees me, he zooms over and reaches his arms up.
He's also doing this weird snort thing. He'll scrunch up his nose and breathe heavily as if he has a stuffy nose. He thinks it's the biggest joke and will snort, then look as us like, 'I'm so hilarious!' Fake laugh, then snort again.
He has started to "sort" things. Like he will pull out all the red blocks from his Plan Toys Walker. Or he'll find a (dirty) onesie on the floor and put it in the basket with his (clean) socks and leggings.
Being TERRIFIED by Statler and Waldorf when we watch The Muppet Show theme with OK Go. I cannot help but laugh.
He has a very distinctive squeak/cackle when he sees the cats, or they talk about cats on Baby Signing Time.
Whenever we ask DS if he's ready for X, he says "no five more minutes." So we'll say "are you ready for a bath?" and he says "no five more minutes" or "lets clean up your toys now" "no five more minutes." This is also code for "I've pooped." As in, I'll smell something and say "did you poop? do I need to change your diaper?" and he says "no.....five more minutes." which is my cue to escort him to his room for a diaper change, LOL.
He likes to talk to the baby and will bring trucks and the like to put on my belly, which is cute, but then when he's done he says "bye baby brother" and pulls my shirt down (if I had it up so he could see movement or something). LOLOLOL. He's going to be surprised when that doesnt work once the baby is actually here.
We have this sing-a-ma-jig thing. Whenever you're done playing with it, it says "bye bye". And C waves at it whenever it says that haha.
She's also been waving at us when we put her down in her crib for bed at night.
Also, whenever we make a face like we want a kiss, she opens her mouth up wide and gives us an open-mouth kiss! Don't know where she ever learned that, but it's so funny!

M went through a "Frozen" phase, where he would make us pretend to sleep and he would kneel down and ask "Wanna build a snow-mannnnnnnnn?" He now uses the same inflection to ask us questions. "Wanna go golfffffff?" "Make lemonadddddddde?" lol
We were at the lake this weekend with my college girlfriends and their families. We swam for hours. Caramini has gone from being afraid of the water to a good swimmer this summer. She asked while we were swimming, "Mama, may I swim by myself?" and when I said, "Yes, as long as an adult is with you in the water.", she said (very seriously), "Mama. I KNOW I can do it!".
She is a cautious child by nature, so this was a big step and so cute.

DS has picked up "sure." As in, "do you want a banana?" "Oh, sure." In this really drawn out mellow tone. Haha. He sounds deceptively easygoing sometimes.

J isn't much of a talker yet but when he was crawling around the house yesterday he kept saying "Da-da-da-da-da-" - he looked/soudned like a little wind up toy.
I could actually ask DD to do simple things for me. Like putting her shoes away when we get home, closing the fridge door when I'm done grabbing stuff.
She hates kissing. But when she sees DH and me kissing goodbye in the morning, if I ask for a kiss, she'll give one, but right after that she has a smile in her face that says, Hmm, I got tricked into this.
I will give DS a kiss on the cheek, then I say, "Okay, now give mommy a kiss!" and I'll put my cheek by his mouth and he opens his mouth to slobber on my cheek. Then we do the other side. He gives me a big grin when we do it.

If he accidentally bashes a toy into something like the wall for example, he goes "oh no! Boo-boo" and gives the toy a kiss. He also gives our booboos kisses anytime he accidentally bonks us.
I also love asking him questions because our conversations always go something like this, with a big pause: Me "what animal is that?" Ds "uh...... Cow?!" Me "what does the cow say?" Ds "uh..... Mooo?!" Me "what colour is the cow?" Ds "uh..... Brown! Uh..... White?!"
He tells himself "good job" all the time too when he gets the answer right. It's hilarious.
