Know what I ate the other night?

Yesss! There is a cheese factory if you detour only 10 km on the way to my Grandparent's house. They have jalapeno curds, dill curds, and my personal favourite, herbed curds (say that 10 times fast), which have a little bit of savoury and a fair amount of cracked lack pepper on them.

I love all the curds, but I actually strongly prefer white curds over yellow.
