Anyways, while I like USAA, and they do offer some good deals occasionally, that does sound too good to be true. Can you call them up yourselves to verify? (I have also never received a phone call from USAA except when I have asked them to call me, so the cold-call concerns me.)

I did call back to verify all the information because she spoke with my H yesterday.
So you called one of the main USAA numbers? Or did you call a specific number left by the person that spoke with your husband?
This still is sounding weird to me... We've been with USAA for long enough we wouldn't qualify for a "new member" type thing, but even still, we know quite a few folks with USAA, and none have mentioned something like this to me before...
