I'm sorry!!! That is really no fun. Have you been able to get him to burp after the feedings? Will he take a pacifier? Sometimes the baby needs to just suck on something and might be using you as a pacifier... Good luck!!
Ugh I'm sorry. Sounds like the first night home from the hospital with my DD. is he actually eating (bullfrog gulping) or just sucking? Have you tried the 5's? When I was really desperate early on, my baby calmed down almost instantly when I turned on the hair dryer.
Would he be hitting the 6 week growth spurt a little early, maybe? I think the range is 4-6 weeks.
G can be the same way during the witching hours, though. I'll let him nurse himself to sleep on me and then let him sleep there for a bit. I'll then try to move him to the rnp. It works maybe 70% of the time. Are you letting him get into a deep enough sleep on you before you try to move him?
He is eating or at least is attempting to...this might be a supply vs. demand issue. He refuses the paci and screams louder if he's swaddled.
Where did my good baby go?
He might be hitting a growth spurt :/ If that is the case, your supply will go up soon with all of the feedings and he will be able to feed less frequently.
