I agree, it's really intimidating over there. I think that they have a higher than normal drama level due to the sheer numbers of people who frequent that board. ML has a ton of members.
I post there a little bit, but it definitely is scary to do so when you first come out of lurking.

I thought about posting there in the past, but I can barely keep up with everyone here, lol. Plus I know I'll say the wrong thing and get jumped on. Just not my style

I used to enjoy posting there. I left when the stress that posting caused became more than the enjoyment I got from being a part of the board. There are definitely people there that I miss interacting with, but I don't need to be that worried every time I hit the post button.
I used to post there. Some really nice, thoughtful people post over there. But there are also a lot of people who thrive on drama, negativity, and criticism. It's like the mean girls club at times, and that just isn't a presence I need in my life. This place is much more uplifting for me.
I'm kind of in awe of the people who can post over there all the time and not let it get to them, though. Those people are tough!
Uh, YOU were the mean girl dropping derogatory slurs and making fun of overweight people having sex. Seems you forgot your broomstick saga.

You're the one who wanted to know if fat people used a broomstick to hold up their stomachs so they could have sex. And we're the mean ones??
