If you specified a salary and they gave it to you, I wouldn't try on salary. However, you might inquire about other benefits - maybe you can bargain for more vacation days.
Congratulations! If you are truly happy with it, don't worry about trying to push the issue. I would confirm that things like health/dental/vision coverage, vacation, sick leave, and other perks are equal and you can discuss these with them if any are sub-par but there is no rule that you HAVE to. You are the one that has to live with the paycheck and I encourage you to try negotiating if you feel you will regret not trying. If you know you won't have regrets then don't bother.

Congratulations-I'm glad the other job is working out!! I'd negotiate vacation if you feel you can but given the history of the job change (assuming this is the second company from before), I wouldn't push on salary
Yeah, I'd go for more vacation days if you can. But if you said "I want $X" and they gave you $X, going back and saying "thanks but now I want $Y" looks bad.
Thanks ladies. I get 6 weeks vacation so I don't think I'll push that. I could ask for more stock options but I think I'll just sign as-is. Their benefits program is amazing.
