I am going with H's family to an outdoor concert in the park this weekend. It was our suggestion (me and H) and then we found out H won't be here. So. I told everyone I'd still love to have them go since it's to celebrate FIL's b-day and it's a concert they will really enjoy. I had planned to make the food for everyone from the get go and am continuing with that plan. What else do I need to add or does this look fine?
Here is my plan:
Roast turkey, fontina and roasted pepper sandwiches on mini ciabatta rolls Lemon chicken orzo pasta salad Mixed berries Crudite with lemon herb dip
Water/Wine/Juice
Cupcakes for dessert
Do I need to add anything else? I was thinking maybe a tomato/mozzarella salad, but didn't know if that would be too much? Also, it's truly a picnic, so I want everything chilled, but still nice.

shostakovich - No vegetarians, otherwise it wouldn't have even been a question. And I would leave out the chicken in the pasta salad. This is a very carnivore heavy group. But I agree, the extra dish would probably be good.
