OMG I would be freaked out for weeks!!!!
Sometimes, my husband will wake up and say "what was that noise?" or "Did you hear that?" I scare so easily and am really paranoid about a home invasion happening and he makes it worse.
I hope she doesn't "see" it again!!!
ETA: I just went and read the other responses and now I'm scared to sleep tonight.
Thanks. I just asked him does great grandma cone and visit you and he says no. Then I asked if Kay came and visited you (my grandma is Kay) bad he said yes. I said does Kay play with you and he said yes.
No clue, but I like to think so. If she does come, he's not afraid of her. If he was, is be cleansing his room!!
Make H camp out in her room with you tonight! I would not be doing a stakeout alone! Nope.
We're sitting in her room now. She is in our bed, because she won't go in her room right now. I'm not seeing anything that could be confused for a face...
I haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but, being the nerd I am, when I read "mama there's a face at the window" my brain instantly went:
"A face at the window? Two floors up??"
"It was the face of a little boy…he was trying to get in."
...all I could think of was the conversation between Mr. and Mrs. Darling from "Peter Pan."
I love Peter pan... Unless he is at my kids window.. =P
Yeeaaahhhh I read the thread. Sorry now, I don't believe it was Peter! Gaaahhhh! Spooky as hell. Do the sage thing, I don't even know if I believe in ghosts per se, but I would be doing all the things! Sorry your DD was scared. :-(
That's both hilarious and creepy. I'd be saying a special prayer and burning sage tonight. But I believe in ghosts.
I do too. Hence my panic. Lol.
When I first bought the house there were dried herbs of some sort in all of the closets and many of the windows. I don't know why. Maybe they were afraid of ghosts.
I'd be putting that shit back in the closets and windows. This is giving me heart palpitations! LOL. I would never sleep again.
As a infant, DS would stare over my shoulder into empty space, looking at nothing, and smile and laugh and point. I would twirl around to see WTF was there, and it was always nothing. It was so creepy, I was like "WTF DS, do you see a ghost?!?"
G does this too! It freaks me out, esp since he does it more when I nurse him at night. I leave his closet light on with the door shut, too, so it's pretty dark.

Me too! I'm glad I'm reading this during the day and am hoping I'll forget about it by tonight! MMM sleepover, anyone?
