My nightstand used to be filled with granola bars, nutrigrain bars, crackers, and lots of other snacks. It was exhausting trying to keep up with the hunger. Especially in the MOTN.
well ruby is sucking a lot of calories out of you! Not saying she's fat or anything. Just... husky
But yes I am hungry a lot. Now I'm tracking my food to try to lose weight and I find that I don't have room to eat junk or drink a lot of alcohol because in order to eat less than 2000 calories a day I have to eat all healthy food to stave off hunger.

I'm hungriest at the end of the day. Like 9 or 10 o'clock. I think because I'm moving all day and once I settle, the hunger hits. I also think this is why my weight loss is slow. Since I'm dairy free, my usual snacks are off limits so I'm eating lots of peanuts and peanut butter.
And I will mention my bitterness at not losing weight due to BFing. Bah humbug!
I remember being starving all the time for like 8 months. I used to have to keep food by the bed so I could eat in the MOTN. It does end though, especially when they are in solids and not nursing as much.

I am starved all day long. I am never full. I don't gain weight during pregnancy but I do breast feeding. I'm bigger now than I was after I have birth. I keep saying I'm going to eat better, exercise, yada yada but the hunger has a mind of it's own and I have no willpower while breast feeding.
I'm pretty much always hungry in normal life. Add breastfeeding and that hunger is magnified x5. Add running and breastfeeding and I am insatiable. I started running last week and forgot how much more I need to eat. I think my husband is judging me, lol.
Breastfeeding also gives me a super crazy sweet tooth. (which usually means my body needs protein. I compromise with ice cream.)
eta: I am always hungry normally because I am pretty active and I really like food. I eat plenty and healthfully

It's 11:30am.
I've already eaten 2 slices of cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread topped with almond butter and green apple, a large coffee with skim milk, a frozen meal for lunch that was pasta, chicken, veggies, goat cheese sauce, a WW ice cream candy bar, and about 6 glasses of water.

Some days are worse than other for me. Today my hunger is manageable. So far I have had a kashi bar, an apple, 10 wheat thins, two cups of coffee, and about 30 oz of water.
It is a lot of work to try and eat healthyish, but stay full enough to not go out of my mind.
Our chunky babies need our milk though
Annabelle is 21 lbs 3 oz as of her doc apt yesterday, all that weight gain has to come from somewhere, haha.

I feel like I'm constantly eating something.
She seems less fat to me?? Still sporting some sizable breasts though.
Starving! And I'm gaining weight I have a huge sweet tooth also. It seems much more excessive this time for some reason. Maybe because I cut gluten and my body is craving those simple sugars. I feel disgusting but really need the weather to cool down to be more active.
Pretty hungry. Some days are much worse than others. I need a substantial breakfast to help. Either scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa or baked peanut butter cookie oatmeal. Eating a lot if protein helps but doesn't always sound that appealing. I mean I just snacked on a hard boiled egg white and a pickle. But what i really want is cookies. Always.
I am much more hungry now than when I was pregnant. I can be fine one minute then 30 seconds later I will be STARVING! I tried to join in the WLC conversation but I found that trying to diet immediately led me to make/crave worse choices. I'm weird in that way.
