I just finished the Her Royal Spyness series by Rhys Bowen. They're fluff but fun.
I'm really enjoying "The Aviator's Wife" by Melanie Benjamin right now. I've loved most of her fictional biographies (not sure what the actual term for that would be)
I just finished Gone Girl, I thought it was pretty interesting.
I just finished it oo, my curiostiy is piqued about Gillian Flynn as an author. I read it but haven't determined if I really liked it or not. I am reading some Michael O'Connell books right now. I like the whole mystery thing.
China Dolls by Lisa See. I am very letdown. I loved her other books but this one is not well written at all in my opinion. It is actually reading like it is by a totally different author.
I didn't love Eleanor and Park (I'm not into angsty 80's high-school kids) , but I liked Fangirl a lot and I'm liking attachments now (all by Rainbow Rowell)
I enjoyed "and the mountains echoed" but it's not "light". Same for Cutting for Stone.
I liked city of thieves by David Benioff, who is a screenwriter and does GoT, the TV show.
It's really good. She reminds me so much of myself. It's eerie. I actually cried already (I'm not even half way done), but at a part most people would probably just breeze over.
I just finished You Before Me by JoJo Moyes and it was really pretty good. I'm now reading One Plus One also from JoJo Moyes and that's really good as well.

I posted this in its own thread, but I'll post here too.
I'm reading The Miseducation of Cameron Post by Emily Danforth.
It's a YA book, but doesn't read that way. It's a very well written novel about a girl growing up as a gay teen in Montana in a fundamentalist household.
It takes place in the late 80s and early 90s, so I'm finding myself relating to a lot of the music and culture.
It's not an action-packed book, but it's interesting from a variety of perspectives. First, the content itself is great and authentic. Although I enjoy the dystopian genre (super common in the YA area these days, obviously), it's refreshing to read a book about something that the average person might be able to relate to.
Also, this book was banned by the Delaware School Board. Although they claim it wasn't because the character is gay, but rather language, this is a load of homophobic bullshit because there are many other books they kept with similar language.
I'm reading Rebel Belle, it's just starting to pick up now. Not bad though. I recently read Mrs. Queen Takes the Train by William Kuhn, it was really good, light and fairly quick.
