How has everyone been doing? I went off the rails the past couple of weeks. With two deaths in the family, and my father-in-law in the hospital for a stroke it has been so so so so stressful.
I am back on track this week and feeling really good. I haven't weighed in but I plan to on Monday. I am still counting my total loss as -40 pounds.

I've been right around the same weight for several weeks now. I haven't been good about tracking at all. I'm still down 9 lbs overall. But, I need to get my butt in gear. I have been to the gym 3 times this week, so that's something.
I'm doing pretty good. I've been down about a pound each week for the past month I think. I still struggle on the weekends though. This weekend we're going out to dinner and to a concert so I'm hoping to at least say the same.
I'm down to 150, the lowest I've been since before having kids. I am attributing most of it to nursing though. Still excited! About 15 pounds lost total. I would love to hit 140 by end of the year.
I feel like such a WW failure, last year I lost close to 50 and basically have regained 35 of it. At least I had stopped regaining back in March and had been holding steady or slowly losing for a couple of months but last month I totally fell off and gained back another 5 lbs. With this thread I'm re-committing myself to get back on plan.
Wish me luck, weight gain is one of the biggest struggles of my life.
