I know this is highly subjective, but I'm curious about what it takes to combat the post pregnancy stomach rolls. I liked looking pregnant when I was pregnant. Not so much now.

I would say by 3-4 months PP after DD1, my stomach was pretty much back to the way it was pre-pregnancy (I didn't have a completely flat stomach, but it wasn't terrible). unfortunately, I did not even remotely bounce like that with DD2.

About a month after my C I didn't look pregnant, but looked chubbier. It went away totally pretty soon after that. It still looks a bit saggy at a year PP, but only to me, I think.
Mine went away pretty quickly. I am thin, and do not really have a problem with my pooch, but it is just different now. I am sure if I did a bunch of sit ups it would be fine. But that seems like a lot of work

My tummy was flat almost immediately, but the firmness, or thinness, of it never returned. I don't really know how to describe it. Like I could wear all my old, snug fitting shirts right away and they looked fine. But naked, my stomach was straight down, flabby and soft, rather than firm, concave, and toned. I think that was a pretty good deal all things considered though. I still have hopes of reclaiming my toned abs at some point after baby 2 is born.

Mine was down at 8w-when I hit pre-PG weight. I look the same now as I did pre-PG. I looked not PG at 4w PP and was 10lbs over my starting weight at that point.

I stopped looking like I was still pregnant at 3 months PP. But now at 8 months, I'm still really flabby and muffin toppy. It is not good but I've also done zero work to tone up. Sooo....
I still feel like I have extra skin hanging around. My belly is pretty flat-ish at the moment, but the skin isn't tight like it should be normally and the muscles aren't as firm as before.
I'm a bit overweight to begin with, but I was at pre-pregnancy weight maybe 2-3 weeks after birth. It took about one week to be able to use a Boppy, lol. My skin on my belly is still a bit looser than normal, but my clothes fit almost the same as before I got pregnant.
I lost my pregnancy weight 8 weeks PP, and stopped looking pregnant around then too.
BUT
DD is now 9 months and my stomach is still in shambles - I fear it always will be? I was (and still am) obese according to bmi (220lbs on 5'6" frame) but since I'm pear shaped I never really had a huge belly and didn't feel enormous. Fast forward to now, and my tummy is loose, droopy and covered in stretch marks. I can wear a super high waisted "50s" bikini, but anything like a brief is out of the question.
Working on trying to get a healthier relationship with food now, to hopefully reduce the issue, but I'm pretty sure the tummy's permanently ruined...
It shrunk a lot in the first 2-4 weeks after giving birth and I was able to button my pre-pg jeans about 2 months pp. I wore a belly band and I think it helped a little. My tummy has never been flat though so pre-pg condition is still nothing to be impressed about..lol
It's sort of flat right now, I don't look pregnant anymore and haven't for probably a week. But it's definitely all squishy still. I remember it taking a while and some actual effort to firm up after DS1. I did wear a bikini at 6 months postpartum with him so it must have been sort of ok by that point.
