I had a cookbook when I was a kid called Kids Cooking: A Very Slightly Messy Manual. It had a recipe for tuna wiggle. Which I think was a lot like tuna noodle casserole with potato chips. I loved that book because it had the best recipe for chocolate chip cookies and brownies. I recently found it on Amazon and bought it for DS.

Anything that gets a kid to eat peas can't be all that bad, right?
Growing up I ate a white sauce with tuna on toast (like creamed chipped beef, but with tuna). I swear I have yet to meet anyone who ever ate that, but it's a childhood comfort food for me.

Haha. I just took out the peas and she said. 'No peas mama.'

I thought the same thing! I still have the book, I get RAVES about my chocolate chip cookies

Me too! Best recipe I've ever tried. DS already has it memorized.

We ate it when I was a kid! We called it "cream tuna" and always ate it on toast cut into little squares. It was one of my mom's favorite comfort foods from her childhood.
To be honest, I never liked it much, and the thought of eating it now...ew.
