We just got a big fancy Weber after having a piece of junk grill for years. I'm so excited to grill without worrying about burning the deck down!
What are your favorite grilled foods? We are obviously christening it tomorrow night with some delicious steaks. We will also do burgers, chicken, etc.
I really love grilled eggplant that's been marinated in red wine vinegar, olive oil & mint. Grilled corn is good too. I have one of the "sautee pan basket" thingies & when I'm lazy I even put frozen corn kernels on it. The corn gets all smokey if you let it defrost on the cool side while you're cooking things on the warmer side with the lid on.
Another vote for pineapple and corn although not together. Grilled watermelon is good as is grilled mahi-mahi. Grilled vegetable quesadillas are a great quick meal around here. Toss eggplant, red peppers and zucchini in a balsamic vinaigrette before work. After work pop on the grill and grate some cheddar. Put all into a tortilla with a little salsa and sour cream. Easy quick dinner.

You can use a stone. We don't. We split dough into two to make 2 individual pizzas so they're easy to get on there. Get them a little crispy on one side, pull them off, load them up with ingredients and throw them back on until done. Super quick and delicious.
Grilled artichokes. They taste like summer to me. Steam for half the time you normally would. Cool slightly, cut in half lengthwise, and put a little melted butter on. Grill 5 min on each side and enjoy.
Salmon topped with a melted butter and brown sugar mixture
Lots of veggies are also great grilled. Asparagus, corn on the cob, zucchini, potatoes, etc. H really loves mixing (chopped) potates, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, salt and pepper in an aluminum foil package.

My dad started this grilled wrap pizza craze in my family.
Grill tortillas or wraps on the grille, but top with salsa instead of sauce and some cheese. They are super yummy and light and great as an appetizer. Sometimes he will put pepperoni or other veggies but they are delicious and easy.
Steak, fajitas, beer butt chicken, asparagus (marinated in lemon juice, dijon, and garlic). DH does this thing where he marinates chicken in margarita mix, grills them, and tops with pico and Monterey jack cheese.
