we have white dressers and white and walnut stained nightstands. all of the hardware in the room is gold/antique brass. other options for wall color would be a dark gray or navy blue.

I think you could get the olive-green color to work, but I'd go more olive and less light green. This picture has similar wood tones and whites to your moodboard and they pull off a good olive wall color:
Have you considered a white room with a navy or dark gray ceiling? I really like that look. Like these:
The rest looks good and I don't think you always need an accent color if you have the warmth from the walnut on the white side tables and the brown leather, it might be enough.
I like the idea of white walls and a navy ceiling. not sure DH would go for that. I also wonder if it would make the ceilings seem really low (we only have 8ft ceilings).

This is me too - I love the look , but with our non-spectacular ceiling heights, I really wonder if it would work.
I like your choices except the wall color. I'd go either more olive or more navy

We had dark, not quite navy ceilings in two bedrooms at our old house (8ft ceilings). I loved them.
One room had the color come a few inches down the wall, with molding (like a picture rail). The other one was painted just the opposite...a large rectangle on the ceiling with a border the same color as the wall on the ceiling. That one was a bigger room and the border was proportionate and was a bit wider than the few inches the ceiling color in the other room went down the wall.
Neither room felt closed in or like the ceiling was low. The larger room was the master bedroom, and it was cozy, but still felt spacious. The smaller room actually felt bigger in some ways. My daughter had painted it to look like a night sky, with a rather subtle galaxy thing going on, and it really gave that feeling of the ceiling just disappearing. It was fun, but even my mom (who is not particularly fanciful and has white walls and ceilings in her house) loved staying in that room
Witching Hour is beautiful; so is Deep Space for that matter. I like your choice, it's part smoking club, part apothecary. It does seem very neutral as a pp suggested, but I'm struggling to come up with where you could add color without it seeming forced or obvious.
Also, you may hate this idea, but to make the room a little more feminine, you may consider using lace sheers under the curtains. It would just be a small, delicate touch.

How about bedding that would pull in some of that green-teal color and bring in some larger patterns also? I am in love with this (Calais bedding from The Company Store):
