I want this cross front cardigan in every color. I've seen it on nomorerack.com, but I've never bought anything from them. I need a new pair of riding boots, too. Attachment Deleted
I think I'm old because I have no idea. I'm looking forward to wearing my oxfords again and I want riding boots. Idk if that trend has passed. I have no idea what colors are in for fall.either.
But I'm feeling French this fall. I want tunic tees with stripes, narrow ankle pants, scarves. I'm going to.embrace navy and gray I think. I want a trench coat and a moto jacket.
I realized at my family reunion last week that I'm the least trendy of all my cousins I'm motivated to fix that immediately but I don't know where to start.

I'll play. I want more boots. I have one pair of cognac boots but I would like a dark brown and black too. I'm debating on these:
I'm also looking at this sweater after Carylee (from S&B) posted it. I would need to buy all these things today because there is limited supply on all of them but I'm so indecisive.
Um.. I'm somewhat savvy at makeup even if I forget to buy it most of the time. I'm horrible when it comes to fashion. My goals were to buy a nice pair of brown riding boots (I don't really care if they are still "in" or not) and a nice brown leather jacket. If anything is a pretty hunter green color it may also make it's way into my closet. I don't know what's in/out, and will probably forever be a season or two behind everyone.
I did naughty things with boots through Nordstrom Ann sale. I also finally bought leggings to go with the fabulous boots. Now I need long tunics/shirts to wear with them.
I don't know but I just spent $120 and got a million things at thredUP and I think that's my new favorite find, fall or otherwise.
How does it work?
also, I have seen those drapery cardigans that Chilly posted in FB ads. I kind of dig them, too.
It's just buying gently used clothes. But your first order is 40% off. You have to be okay with used clothes, but their standard is high and I've heard nothing but good things from other people. On the selling end, I've heard they are a bit stingy and picky.
Welp. I'm determined to get some oxfords this fall and I'll be wearing the shit out of the Fryes I got for Christmas last year. So.... not sure how I'm going to wear the oxfords except with ankle pants/jeans and of course leggings, etc with the boots.

Speaking of fall fashion, does anyone have any recs for fashion blogs for women size 10-12? I seem to be able to find smaller sized women, and plus sized blogs, but nothing that is closer to my body type.

"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”

I'm mostly a lurker over here but Franish is my favorite blogger and I think she's about that size.
I have done a little too much damage at Nordstrom. I got new black booties and riding boots. I will still be wearing a lot of pencil skirts/cardigans/blazers and my moto jacket from last year. I like all of the faux leather accents and I will be wearing a lot of metals. Don't know how trendy these things are but they are my musts.

I like how that looks but worry it will look ridiculous on me. It looks like Amazon has the same basic thing with free returns so I may have to give it a try.
I'm terribly unfashionable but maybe you all will rub off on me. I'd like to get a pair of boots but I have thick calves that have just gotten worse as I started gaining muscle.
Thanks kmohr for that blog rec. I'm a bit bigger than her but I think it will be helpful. My biggest issue is that usually when I see someone in an outfit I like, I know it won't look nearly as good one me.

I thought of something else. Button up shirts. Smo is my inspiration for this because she looks smokin hot in her button up blouses and I want to look like that

Some others I like are Wardrobe Oxygen (she's plus size), 26 and counting, and aj wears clothes. Some outfits from the last two are a little out there but you'll have that I think with bloggers.
Also for wide calf boots I have had the best luck with Duo Boots. They are pricey but great quality. I have 19 in calves and found great black boots there a couple years ago and they are still going strong. I wish they had a flat cognac or tan boot I liked.
I also hope leggings and skinny jeans with boots are still in because that's my plan. I also have a pair of leopard slip on sneakers I love and wear all the time that I think will carry into fall.
If you are plus size I have recently purchased some tops from the Asos Curve line. I found some cute tunics and a peplum I actually like on my body.
I'm just hoping to fit in anything this fall. Plus-sized maternity clothes will not be an easy find.
So basically covered? I'll just wear a lot of black and hope my new make up will keep people looking at my face, ha!
Old Navy maternity clothes run large. I was a 3x prepregnancy and could fit into their XXL tops. I wore a lot of sweaters from them last year. I also had good luck with regular plus size tunics and boyfriend sweaters. They don't carry the XXL in stores, but they had free returns.
Jcp has a small amount of plus maternity online. Most of my other maternity clothes came from Motherhood. Motherhood was the only place I found that sold plus size maternity clothes in stores, but I don't know if they carry them in all stores. I bought a lot of stuff off EBay. Kohls also has Motherhood clothes online.
