When did your morning sickness start?

When did your morning sickness kick in? Or have you not had any? I am wondering if it's coming soon or if I might avoid it entirely.

I am just about 7 weeks and have had none. But I leave for a business trip tomorrow and I'm a little worried. Super fancy hotel, on the go from 5 am to 10 pm every night. The only time I have felt slightly queasy was when I didn't get enough sleep and I went too long between eating, both of which will be happening on a daily basis while on the trip. Then after that, my mom and I are doing a trip that involves hours of driving every day.

I didn't have any m/s with this pregnancy. With my first that ended in m/c, m/s started around 8 weeks. My stomach had felt uneasy before that, it was more food aversions though rather than nausea, however, as soon at 8 weeks hit, it was full blown seemingly overnight. It lasted until my D&C. Do you have food aversions or anything now? You may be one of the lucky ones that escapes first tri without it. Bring some hard candies with you to suck on and maybe invest in some of the sea bands for worst case scenario. Good luck! I know how unnerving that can be!

Didn't have any with DD1 or DD2.  Felt a little sick with DD2, but attributed most of that to the fact that I also had ridiculous allergies & sinus stuff going on.

5-6 weeks with DS, it was awful. Nothing major this time. Just some off and on queasiness between 8-12 weeks but it was much more bearable

Right around 5-6 weeks each time. It was always manageable though as long as I didn't have an empty stomach. It lasted to 10w with DS1 and around 14-15w with DS2.

The only times I got queasy were when they were fixing some backed up sewer pipes at work, and then once when I had food poisoning. I'm now 24 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. I freaked out at first too, because I wasn't experiencing it and I was supposed to be. Everyone kept telling me "just wait till it kicks in". Well it never did, and now those people are amazed and a tiny bit jealous.

My second pregnancy I had it within 2-3 days after I got my positive test and was sick right up until 15 weeks when I had my mc.

This time around I started to get sick and got onto an anti nausea right away. I didn't waste anytime, and if I forget to take it at night I am quite sick in the morning.

I never really had it, although I would sometimes get queasy if I let myself have an empty stomach. I would suggest just making sure you have a ton of snacks on you that you can eat on the go.

With my first around 7ish weeks. With this one around 4 weeks, it sucks.

My m/s has been generally terrible this pregnancy and I'm gaining weight which is a total slap in the face. If I'm going to puke multiple times a day why would the universe make me gain 7 lbs!

I'm not sure what to call it, but I don't think I've had any morning sickness. I have retching, gagging spells, but never feel nauseous.

Besides the occasional queasy feeling if has not eaten enough, I never had any! I got very lucky.

I haven't actually gotten sick or had gagging problems.

I'm 11.5 weeks now and had the worst days in week 8. Almost nothing sounded good and I felt pretty nauseous. I spent a couple of weeks of basically feeling hungover without the headache.

I have to be really carefully to eat every 3 hours or I get nauseous and light headed.

Be careful if you're flying. I felt like death Thursday. I didn't eat for about 4 hours and had a really bumpy landing. So bring snacks!

Mine started right at 6 weeks. For mine I needed to eat a solid carb heavy breakfast and just needed to be sure to eat regularly. For me it was just really bad first thing in the morning.

Mine started at 6 weeks. At 7 weeks I started puking and got Zofran.

I never had any. I had some strong food aversions weeks 7-9 (and still can't stomach pork) but I've felt fine luckily.

I was lucky enough to not have any morning sickness....however, my luck ran out in the third trimester and I've been graced with RAGING afternoon heartburn.  Blech.

I was lucky enough to never have any- my only real symptom my whole first tri was exhaustion. Only time I threw up my whole pregnancy was immediately following my c-section (which, thinking about it now, I guess was technically post pregnancy, lol)

This time, week 6. Last time, week 10.

Actual vomiting for me is triggered by brushing my teeth or using my inhaler. But I have regular nausea most of the time. It gets worse if I haven't eaten.

Take lots of snacks. Take large ziploc bags, just in case. Eat something every 2 hours, even if it's just crackers. Protein is better, if you can swing it. Good luck!

I started feeling it around 5 weeks and lasted until 10-11 weeks. I would just get dizzy and nauseous and need to lay down. Snacks were my best friend. As long as I snacked and didn't wait too long between meals it made a huge difference.

I started feeling it around 5 or 6 weeks, but it was never bad. I never got sick at all, but I had to keep snacking at work and held it back a few times, haha. It pretty much went away about a week or so ago, just a tiny bit off and on.

ETA: Mine was worse at night for some reason. I couldn't cook dinner very often because I'd feel sick and need H to finish it. I could barely eat dinner sometimes and forget dessert! But luckily during the day/at work I was ok.

I didn't have it for very long but it started around 5w and was pretty much passed by week 7. I still have some food aversions but that all day queasy feeling passed pretty quickly.

I had very mild cases around wks 6-8 and they were mostly at night so I just went to bed. It helped that I liked carbs, lol. I used sour patch kids and jolly ranchers to calm it down if need be. Those are inconspicuous enough that you could pop those in front of people and they wouldn't know anything was out of the ordinary

I never had m/s but weeks 8-12 I was very nauseous if I didn't eat often. I lived off saltines for awhile. So it can still happen late in first tri.

I'm at 5ish weeks and today is the first day that I'm feeling a little…woozy? I did eat a late breakfast and it wasn't that big so perhaps it's just a combo of letting an empty stomach sneak up on me and taking the PNs with too small a meal. Fingers crossed!

It started around 8 weeks for me and is just now easing up. I still get sick in the morning sometimes. In fact I just got sick two days ago!

Mine started this morning. No vomiting, but lots of queasiness and dry heaving. Fingers crossed I don't puke in the middle of a conference session today. Or on a plane tomorrow.

Snacks! Have crackers or any other kind of bland snack with you as much as possible. Jolly Ranchers or similar candies help some too!

Exactly at when I hit 7 weeks, I started vomiting (on a plane, ugh). It lasted until 15 weeks.
