I have one.
I buy my bras at Walmart. It's like the only place I have found the brand and style I like - so once every year or two I make myself go in that awful place and load up on bras.

Meh - I say get them wherever works for you, you spend entirely too much time in them for them not to be comfortable (even if that is Walmart). (And possibly a confession) I don't remember the last time I bought a bra, because my H tends to buy them before I get around to it.
BR - Confession - I am ready to be on mat leave because I am over my job and need a break from it, but as of now, he seems pretty content where he is.

I buy my workout clothes from Walmart. Danskin is awesome for that!
I guess one good thing about little boobies is I can find bras at most stores fairly easily, just some stores have cuter bras than others. Although the last set of sports bras I bought have shrunk a little and are now too tight on me, they make me look like a flat-chested dude when I wear them now, lol.

I need to check out Walmart for a workout top. When I was at Luke's Locker last weekend, I found one that would be perfect. It's thin, light weight, and blue, but it was 30 stinkin' bucks! For a super thin tank!
I was relieved to learn that I'm not the only woman over 25 yo who buys bras from Aerie.
Confession: Sometimes when I'm putting on a bra I ask myself if I would be okay with wearing it in public if I was part of some bank robbery where the robbers made you strip down to your skivvies.

I'm probably more excited than I should be about the fact I've made a friend here all on my own. We hang out a few times a week and just chat while the kids run amok. It's been really nice.

H and I have refused to pay for a hotel room for one night to go to our nephew's 1st birthday party 3 hours away. SIL doesn't want anybody (at all) to stay in their house over night the weekend of the party. The party is at 5pm, so we're planning on showing up shortly before that time and leaving by 7 at the latest. It's frustrating because her family lives in the same town and the ones who live out of town can stay with the family who lives there. But BIL's family has to get hotel rooms.

We are going camping for the next few nights with friends who used to be closer to us than we are now. The W's grandpa died last night, and I am already dreading how even more negative she will be. She is already an energy sucker, and it might be even worse. I am a horrible friend, but we just wanna have FUN!

That's super annoying and I wouldn't pay for a room either. Is there anything interesting in that city, or on the way, so you could leave early in the morning and make it a day trip?
I agree with you. Why won't she let people stay? It is a kid party, not a wedding for God's sake.

They voluntarily hosted Thanksgiving last year and she didn't like having people "sleeping all over the place". (H and I had guest room, MIL slept in baby's room on air mattress with an older granddaughter, other brother slept on the couch and his daughter on a twin air mattress in the living room.) I guess that was just a terrible experience for her.
milsaroo, there's plenty to do in that city. It's just a matter of how stubborn I want to be. The nice thing to do would be to get there early and help her with the party, but considering she isn't nice enough to let us stay there, I don't see why I should be nice enough to help. Once we get closer to Saturday, I'll talk to H about it, but I have a feeling he won't want to leave until the latest moment possible.
sapphire bou I wouldn't want to help with the party either! Maybe go and do something with your H if there is something fun to do, then show up right when the party starts.
@ello - I am sorry. Anytime you need to talk, I'm here.
Ok my confession - I am wavering on my new job. I went to pick up the benefits booklet Friday. And - they aren't good. I get less vacation (I live for vacation!) and my prescription benefits max out at 2k per year! My meds are $18k+ annually, so that is tough to swallow. Currently I am unlimited. MH's plan is also unlimited after $1k out of pocket. I don't want to pay $1000 for my medication. /whine MH was gone all weekend so I couldn't even talk to him about it.

But you get 2 weeks at Christmas! Can you get on your H's insurance?

That's a tough spot because you want to be there for your friend but at some point you need to just suck it up and have some fun regardless of what crappy stuff is going on in your life.
sapphire bou - sorry, I thought I already replied but drama happened at work and I got excitedly distracted! When they offered me the position, he said an hourly rate, so I assumed I was an hourly employee who gets Christmas off. Turns out I am salary, and those who are salaries do not get Christmas off. So it would be great if I did, but... That's just another check in the omg what am I doing column.

Oh, I gotcha. I hope you get a chance to talk things through with your H tonight.
