So, I have ADD, and usually take Vyvanse to manage it at work. Since Vyvanse is a no-no for pregnancy (I tried with the MFM docs, they were not excited about me staying on it, le sigh). But they have all generally said I could try to caffine my way through and see if it helped.
BUT, I know that I shouldn't ingest too much caffine either. So, is anyone aware of a decent list I could use as a reference for how much caffine is in stuff?
I think I read to not go above 150-200 mg a day. I dont drink coffee but do like tea which doesnt have much. I sometimes have a can of mt dew but thats like 50 mg I think? So I never worry about caffeine. I just make sure to get plenty of water in.
I'm w/ mrssandro on this one, I stay under 200 and have 1 cup in the morning (1 8oz cup). I know the coffee I brew at home is not super high in caffeine, so I usually have a decaf in the afternoon too.
