For me just venting to whoever was best and making sure I didn't snap on anyone was 2 biggest things for me. I would try to get it out in a way that doesn't affect others. Can you write down your thoughts to get them out? Typically I'd have a really bad day with that and then the next day wasn't so bad.

backing off of (or quitting) coffee helps me to some extent. though it is replaced with "grumpy just woke up" version of me through most of the morning. My first pregnancy I was so mean and snapped at DH a ton over the most ridiculous stuff. this time I stayed on my zoloft and have been much more pleasant. I also have to step back from my "normal" abilities and realize that I can't do everything I had done, and sometimes I need a nap way more than I need to fold a basket of laundry.
