ETA - I mainline caffeine all day and then come home and go to bed at 7:30 on those days.

Yes, so tired. Its nice when its on a weekend though amd i can take a marathon nap. And I want to eat all the things. Like I'll be in the middle of eating something and think you know what sounds delicious and then start eating that.

Yes! It is better when I am on the pill but it killed my sex drive over the years I was on it so I never went back after pregnancy. My periods are worse and I get days where I just want to lie down and do nothing.

Yes! For me it starts the week before, getting worse as it gets closer. It wasn't always like this though. I'm finding that as I get older my PMS symptoms are getting worse.

Always, usually for 2 or 3 days before it starts. I have been known to take naps in my car on those days. I also eat out of control but I guess I do that every day, just to a lesser extent.

Yeah I'm basically useless for a few days. Like i keep the family alive and that's about all I can do.
Lately it's been causing back pain too as I've gotten older.
And I noticed around ovulation I'm a weepy mess.

Melatonin is my new BFF. I take it 1.5-2 hours before I want to be asleep and I'm out like a light at the time I want to sleep. It's magic!

I did find out that I am severely anemic though. Have you had that tested?

Yes, the week before I am so tired. Even with adderall and caffine, I'm sluggish almost all day. Fucking hormones.
