I forgot the password to my work computer. Seriously. The password I use multiple times every.single.day.
Now my account is locked and I am waiting for my tech-ish coworker to come in. I doubt she can help, and then we will have to call our IT company. So embarrassing.
Today is my day off. I have so many things that need to get done and list of errands to do.
But really, my new schedule has been Mon-Thurs. I leave home at 6am and don't get home until 6pm. I'm tired... all I want to do is sit on my ass and watch stuff from the DVR!

I watched a nerdy tv show about the brain and memory. Jack Daniels forgot the combination to his distillery's safe, the same one that he had opened everyday for years. In frustration he kicked the safe and injured his foot. Six years later he finally died after the infection and gangrene.
Don't be embarrassed, and please don't kick your computer!
Finally we're having a big screen TV. Yaaaay! Yep, we're really behind on TVs. We just replaced our tube TVs last year with a 32" lcd that DH won at work. LOLOLOL!
We got a great deal on a 65" Samsung with a soundbar. To make it MM, we used miles/points!

My CNA class starts tomorrow and I'm super excited to get this show on the road. However, my youngest was the cuddliest cheeseball EVER yesterday, and it makes me want to postpone full time nursing school until she's in kindergarten.
I slept 9.5 hours, woke up to have coffee with FI, and am now eating a homemade blueberry muffin with a cinnammon-sugar crunchy topping while I look at bridesmaids dresses.
trying to decide whether everyone should wear a diff style or if we should do pairs. groomsmen are all wearing their own suits but will have identical ties/shirts/boutineers. should we do pocket squares?
(I promise once work starts I'll shut up with the wedding crap -- this is just a good time to get things done)

I like the girls all wearing different styles--they can pick whatever works best with their body. I think that would look nice, especially since the guys are all wearing their own suits and they won't be identical.
tacom, you must not remember how much we enjoyed voting last time lol.
My vote: yes for pocket squares. I think I prefer everyone in the same dress, but I have occasionally really loved everyone in different styles, so I could go either way. Of this grouping, dress #1 (and 3, I suppose) is my favorite and #2 is my favorite of the shoes.
I like the idea of different dresses for this group; their bodies and styles are so different (from pear to hourglass to apple and 5'3" to 5'11") that they will all look different anyways, so I'd like to go with a cut that flatters them and makes them feel confident. either way we do it, everyone will get either their first or second dress choice.
#1 is my fav too but there are limited sizes. if we could cut off the bow on #3 I would like it more, but I think it's cute enough and serves the purpose -- long enough for my tall friend, flattering color, waist definition, and under $200.

I like the idea of different dresses, especially if everyone has such different body types. I stood in a wedding like that and everyone was in the same strapless dress. The busty girls really didn't appreciate the dress.
My vent for today is the HR rep I was supposed to have a phone interview with earlier this week never called I left her a voicemail about 20 minutes after the scheduled time and e-mailed her asking if we could reschedule the next morning. No response yet...
I just woke up to thunder and the sound of rain. It's our last full day at the lake but the high is 72 with an 80% chance of rain. Probably no more bike riding/ wake boarding for me.
I expect to cry driving home. I thought we'd be moving this way by this point in the summer or fall.
Also, I was out late last night for my birthday and as a result rolled into work today unshowered wearing a sweatshirt, leggings, sneakers and zero make-up. Apparently 33 is the year of the hot mess.
Happy belated birthday!!
Actually, I once read that 33 is when a woman is supposedly at her most attractive. No pressure lolol.
I joined the Friday morning running group at the local LLL store, and one of the employees recognize me from spin class. She then asked if I would join the local R&D team (aka, get products for a discounted price in return for wearing them and providing feedback.) I can't decide if this is MM or terrible for my wallet. Probably both.
I am thinking of getting a new car this weekend because my Santa Fe needs more work than it's worth. Any thoughts on a Rav-4, Outback or Prius V? I test drove the Prius V and didn't love it, but I want to be more environmentally conscious. I need a car with an open back, not a trunk.

Well you need workout clothes anyways so it's obviously MM
I hired someone, yeah! Except now I have to train them, which I don't enjoy. Then I have to turn stuff over to them to do, when I really prefer to do it all myself. I hate this. I'm pretty sure this makes me a terrible boss.

I think I agree with this. It's funny because the other girl who works at the store and does the run club knows me because I altered her wedding dress. It's a pretty awesome clashing of worlds
i get so peeved when people are walking and texting, ESPECIALLY during work rush hours. it just makes me so upset. i hate that it does, but man. making an actual phone call? fine. looking up directions? fine. i'm thankfully getting to the point where i can spot them from behind b/c they always walk funny, so i can avoid them, but when it's a weekday and i am rushing (as usual) to get to the office and i don't want to go at a snails' pace, omg, GET OUT OF MY WAY.

Last Wednesday I went to the dentist to have a cavity filled. The next day it had swollen up out of control and now, over a week later, I still have a nasty bruise that looks like someone punched me in the face.
The dentist's office says I might have bit my cheek while numb. But Google tells me that my dentist probably nicked an artery in my cheek with the novocaine.
I'm getting a pedicure later today and cut my toe on the shopping cart at the store. I hope they don't think I'm that girl showing up with a funky toe. My nails are all fine at least.
We got bumped up a week on our date to put our basement in for our house. It's great, but so many things that had to be done last minute and now we may or may not have a building permit in time. If it was our original timeline, it would have been all just fine. I told my husband anymore "excitement" building our house and I may have a heart attack. The building permit issue has nothing to do with actual building issues but failure to cross train on job duties at the city offices for the area where we are building.
H is on his way home! He leaves again on Monday. I just had a bag of Raisinettes and they were delicious. I have to weigh in at weight watchers in the morning, I didn't think the Raisinettes decision through. We're having a FF draft here tomorrow and will have fun with a big group of friends and great food. My house is a wreck and I have to clean everything from windows to baseboards before everyone arrives.
I am working on my masters, and I just turned in my last 2 assignments for my current class. I have 2 more classes to go, and then I am done with classes, and can move on to the thesis. I feel like I am so close.
