Lat night I attempted to rebuild an Ikea bed that I've had in storage for a year, only to find out that I'm missing some of the hardware. I understand that Ikea does not sell replacement hardware.
I found one website that does sell the hardware (swedishfurnitureparts) but they are sold out of the set that I need (Hemnes bed frame, new configuration).
Can anyone point me towards another source for these parts or other advice?

Just go to IKEA Customer Service. They have a giant set of bins, and they just give you what you need. (Download the pdf of instructions if you don't have them already and identify the part numbers that you need).

Thanks! That's great to hear. On their website, they say they can't give/sell just hardware, but I was kind of hoping that they would have some available.
I had to get a new bolt after bending one putting together DS's bunk bed. I think as long as they still sell the item it shouldn't be too hard to get it at customer service.
