We use seventh gen. I got a pack as a shower gift and they were the first kind we used and they have worked so we sick with them. DD has never had a diaper rash and I don't want to jinx it!
I also like that they don't have any scent to them and, aesthetically, are nice and plain. (That last part is stupid I know, lol!) Who knows if they are actually any better for the environment or not but if they are even marginally better than that's a bonus.
I've tried Honest Co, Huggies Natural, Babyganics, Seventh Gen, and Nurtured by Nature. We use disposables about 20% of the time and the rest we cloth diaper. I tried to buy more environmentally friendly diapers if I could find a good deal on them, especially at first. I don't know how much better they are but I figured some earth-friendliness was better than none, I guess?
Now, cost and function trump crunchiness. The Nurtured by Nature ones were good and I'd buy them again, but only if Amazon has them slightly more than Pampers. The other ones, especially Honest Co, weren't good and I'm not paying a premium if my kid's diaper leaks!

We use Earth's Best when not in cloth. I love that they don't have a strong chemical smell and they contained blowouts better than Kirkland, Huggies, or Pampers.

We've tried 7th gen when we're not in cloth. They feel like cardboard and they don't hold pee. The only positive is that they don't smell like pampers. With the amount of time she's in disposables, we just use pampers (1-2 boxes per size so far) I just deal with the smell. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them.
We've been using seventh generation since Dd1 was born. We cloth diapered her, and wanted a biodegradable option for when we had to use disposables. I know many people don't like them, but we've been very happy with seventh gen for both girls.
I like that they are plain, unscented, and supposedly better for the environment.
I used Naty by Nature Babycare for my D's first year, then we moved to a home without shared laundry and switched to cloth (and still use Naty on her at night). She's almost 2 now. It was the only brand I tried, so I can't compare. I chose it because it seemed to be the most eco friendly. I also justify the cost because I think they contain fewer chemicals than traditional, so better for my D, hopefully. The only problem I had with them is that the waist has no elastic, so her breast milk blowouts occasionally came up and out the back of the diaper.

We used Seventh Generation and they worked fine. We also used Target. They were gentler on DDs butt - less rashes. Apparently the chlorine-free factor is more environmentally friendly too.
My SIL/bro use the Honest diapers and love them. The patterns are really cute, but damn they're expensive.

I started using the Huggies Pure and Natural when my daughter got a bad diaper rash at 1 month old from Pampers. They are actually a little cheaper in my area than the regular huggies. We like them, although I noticed they do run small. I have been cloth diapering more though now, so we haven't been using them as much now.
I used cloth, but disposables for travel and at night when cloth stopped working. Started with Seventh Gen overnights, switched to Bambo when he started peeing through Seventh Gen.
I'm just hippy-ish, so that's why. I highly recommend Bambo.
ETA: I hated Honest (minus the cute factor). Tried those too. Epic fail.
Interesting that so many have had leakage issues with Seventh Gen! I almost wrote that one of the reasons we like them is that we haven't had any leakage issuesβ¦even overnight, it's full in the morning, but her PJs are dry. I guess every baby really is different when it comes to this stuff!

We use Seventh Generation for daycare and nights. Cloth on evenings and weekends. My poor kid gets bad rashes from Pampers and Huggies (and all sorts of wipes too). So I'm just not messing with those anymore.
The Seventh Gens are not actually very 'environmentally friendly' since they actually add dyes and stuff. But we've actually gotten some good deals on them and they don't leak pee so I'm sticking with them for now so there are no rashes. We do have a lot of blowouts but I have no idea if it's the diaper or my kid, lol.
Thinking of trying Target brand next. But don't want to buy a huge box and hate them, lol.

We mostly cloth, but use disposable at night or on vacations. We've tried a lot of different brands. From what we've tried, Bambo is by far the best, but also expensive. We use Naty Naturecare now, which are a little less expensive. They work very well and are one of the most eco-friendly diapers on the market. Also, Target brand diapers are actually chlorine free and cheap.
I've tried Naty (http://www.naty.com/) and while I loved them in theory, in practice the elastic was way too short and did not work at all with my daughter's type, even when we sized up.
We are using 7th gen now. I'm kind of meh on them TBH. Like, they are just fine.
I have been trying to switch off of Pampers because there are no more swaddlers sensitive after size 4, which are now too small. And I figure since I have to switch anyway, I would prefer diapers with fewer chemicals.

Does anyone use natural diapers? Honest, Huggies Natural, Seventh Generation, etc? I've used Honest
What drew you to these diapers? Cute prints. My friend told me they worked on her daughter. The materials are supposed to be more Earth and baby friendly.
Why do you continue to buy them? Cute prints. Haven't had any major issues. We use them for travel and backup, mostly.
What do you like and dislike about them? They hold poop in and are cute and I can buy them at Target.
What makes them worth paying a premium for? I don't know if they are, I just stopped thinking about it because I don't have any reasons to try any other brands.
We use 7th Gen and like them a lot. Hardly any blowouts or leaks, unlike the babyganics and huggies (the snug and fit ones, or something like that... MH bought them by accident). We've Also used Huggies Natural, which I also like but I think 7th Gen are a bit more natural and better for the environment.
I hope to switch over to cloth diaper soon, now that she's bigger AND not taking a poo every time she eats.

We use Earth's Best and like them a lot. We bought one pack of 7th Generation but had a lot of leaks so we won't get those again. We used a pack of Honest, too, and they were fine. Very cute! We had a few leaks, but we stuck with EB because they're cheaper than Honest and most other 'naturals' we found.
Tried and ditched Honest. I mostly liked them for the cute factor but they weren't the best diapers functionally but discontinued using them after their bullying business tactics came to light.
I mostly came in to say that DD's diaper rash has always been attributable to some gnarly, acidic poop. She didn't have it until she was a bit older (8 months?) so it was probably some combination of illness, meds, and solids that caused it, not the diaper.
I prefer Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive. I'm not convinced that the more "natural" diapers really do much better in a landfill so I just get the one that works for us.
