I've been trying to workout 3 days a week. For me, that means some combination of taking a 1-hour walk, yoga, crunches, and doing various exercises with 5-lb weights. I'm trying to tone up my arms, belly, and butt. Last week I did it 3 days, this week 0 so far...gotta get motivated.
Looking at the scale Monday hurt, big time. It's funny how you get down on yourself after the scale but I still haven't done anything about it since. :/
I am going to go and buy a full length mirror sometime next week and I am going to post OOTD posts more often and try and exercise more.
I think the OOTD posts will help encourage me.
I am up 30lbs in 22 months. So my goal is to lose 10 by Christmas, and I will go from there.
I did super bad eating this weekend when visiting family... oops. I walked 4 miles today. So I'm feeling super sore and exhausted but it was definitely worth it. I need to do this more often.
Anyone have a good weight lifting regiment? (i own 7 lb dumb bells and a kettle bell) I want basic! Thanks!

We've been pretty good about meals this week, although we did order pizza last night. I haven't bought lunch at all! We made a reuben bake thing on Sunday and a quinoa enchilada thing Monday so we have lots of leftovers (plus the quinoa thing was pretty healthy). So that's good!
Still not really working out but I'm getting some energy back and feeling a lot better about everything so I might start back up soon!
I did ok this week! Down about three pounds since I started. I still suck at working out- I have decided that no matter what, I am going to Zumba next week.
I'm also hitting up Trader Joes this weekend and planning to get a bunch of healthy lunch stuff.

I'd just like you all to know that I went to Qdoba yesterday for lunch. I chose something healthy but noticed the guy in front of me ordered nachos with a new fiery queso. Yep, definitely had a DREAM about queso last night.
