You can do this! No big deal.
Keep in mind that weight loss challenges are not a competition (despite how it's set up). The goal of workplace weight loss challenges is to promote a healthy lifestyle. Set goals for yourself, use the challenge to push yourself, but don't allow your "ranking" to discourage you. Everyone's bodies are different. We lose weight differently, our body's build muscle differently. Just because somebody has a higher percentage of weight loss doesn't mean that you're not doing enough.
Use the challenge as a motivator, not a gauge of your progress. If you want to win - go for it, but remember it's not all about winning.

You can do it, and it's great motivation to lose some weight right before all the eating holidays begin!
If you are using MFP and want some extra encouragement, there's several of us on there regularly. Let me know if you want my username to add, but otherwise, best of luck in whatever outlets you use to get where you want to be!

Ditto this! I am also on FitBit. **I will be quiet for a little while longer, until I have the kid and am cleared to do everything again, but I plan to be back hitting it hard once I am cleared.**
