What are your current goals? Maintain during vacation
High of the week? Enjoying cheat day with zero guilt. That never happens!
Low of the week? Seeing results everywhere but the tops/sides of my thighs. I lose everywhere but there
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? Knowing how I've learned to fuel my body and make calories worth it. Not try to drown in low cal/low fat crap foods like I did in my 20s
What are your current goals? Get in shape, drop a few sizes, and lose weight. In that order. I'm not terribly concerned with the number on the scale, but am carrying a lot of extra. Ideally I'd lose 50 pounds, but I can't think about it all in one chunk or I just get discouraged.
High of the week? Being more active in general. Literally ran after my kids at a park last weekend. Walking on my lunchbreaks. Continuing weekly zumba classes.
Low of the week? I ate way too much yesterday at lunch thanks to a department BBQ. Trying not to get too discouraged because of one bad meal. Reality is that it used to be a more common occurrance than I'd like to admit.
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? I really want to get back to where I was when I got married, both weight and fitness-wise. I always have a really hard time with motivation, but a dietbet is helping right now. I'm going to lose (and some people had lost 70% of their goal in the first 10 days of a 4 week bet...) but it has at least gotten me to change my habits.
What are your current goals? Figuring out what my maintenance "window" is and learning not to freak out if I see a few pounds higher or lower on the scale.
High of the week? Making it through my 8 mile run on Sunday
Low of the week? Not getting enough sleep to fuel the workouts I want to accomplish.
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? Well, this week I was finally matched on whoIrun4.com, so I have little running buddy that I'm exercising in honor of- when I don't feel like working out I think of him
Long term for the rest of the year: Lose 65 lbs by December 31. Run in a 5K before the end of the year. Short term for the week: Stick to my calorie goals. Finish wk2 of C25K.
High of the week?
Being under calorie goal every day but one.
Low of the week?
Last week was actually a good week. Though I had a much to salty food filled weekend.
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going?
Tubs of clothes I love but can't fit into now. Being able to do sustained cardio longer than DH.
What are your current goals? 4 pounds to go to get back to WW goal weight
High of the week? Lost 1.4 this week
Low of the week? I tried to move on to the next level of T25 and failed miserably. 25 minute DVD and I think I spent 10 of it just standing there trying to figure out WTF I was supposed to do.
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? I have never felt or looked this good. I just love how I look and feel.

What are your current goals? Maintain (possibly lose a couple lbs) through marathon training
High of the week? I looked at MFP y'day and realized that I burned almost 9000 calories last week during my vacation!
Low of the week? Despite burning that many calories, I still gained on vacation. I made the huge mistake of getting on the scale and it's been a downward spiral since. I'm really frustrated with my weight right now, but feeling kind of helpless too...
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? I know that I am capable of accomplishing great things! My body is doing amazing things despite my weight gain - I'm running more miles, lifting heavier weights...I just try to focus on those things.

What are your current goals? Improve my overall strength, drop a couple of sizes. I am trying not to focus on a scale number, but rather reducing my body fat %
High of the week? Made it through a 10-mile run after walking around alot the day before
Low of the week? Trying on clothes and seeing the chub
What is your inspiration? Friends who I know have worked really hard to get where they are with their fitness What keeps you going? The need to show my son how important it is to be healthy and active
What are your current goals? I've decide to quit focusing on the scale and start focusing on making gains at the gym and how my clothes fit, but if I lost another 10-15lbs in the process, I wouldn't complain!
High of the week? It's been a pretty good week at Crossfit. So far I've RX'ed two workouts and I had a pr on my clean tonight at 120lbs. Low of the week? Had a couple of nights where my snacking has been a little out of control.
What is your inspiration? What keeps you going? I'm going to AW here for a minute, and try not to post HUGE pictures. PDQ picture, I will probably delete them later.
This picture was taken last September, about a week after I joined Weight Watchers and decided it was time to lose weight.
We had family pictures taken two weekends ago, and just got a couple of sneak peeks back the other day. Here is what I look like today.
When I look at myself in the mirror I don't always realize how far I have come, but this definitely made me do some self reflection this week and give myself a huge pat on the back for all I've accomplished in the last year!

Just making sure I eat real foods that help my body. For example, I like fruit. So I pick the best fruits for us:blueberries, bananas, etc. foods that not inly fuel me but do my body good. Healthy fats: avocados, nuts, coconut oils, etc. lean meats, full fat daily, high protein. I not only want to workout for years to come but live years to come. So I've researched how to eat my my levels if workout, foods that keep us living longer and follow that. I don't eat much junk at all, journal my foods, and don't eat out much. I make every calorie worth it. I do enjoy treats here and there but I try to make the best if what I eat. It's made a world of difference. I workout a TON and fe great!
